Abstract: An apparatus for moving parked aircraft with a tractor via an aircraft lift dolly which includes a hinged gate to entrap the aircraft nose gear. The aircraft lift dolly may be removably detachably coupled to the tractor through two attachment points to an intermediate connecting towbar. The aircraft lift dolly includes a lift mechanism having a lift carriage which is selectively elevated. The lift carriage includes a fixed forward chock and a rear chock that it repositioned longitudinally with respect to the forward chock and is hingedly coupled. The chocks are positioned about the aircraft nose gear without movement of the aircraft. Elevating the lift cradle elevates the chocks and the nose gear cradled therebetween.

Abstract: A platform for a military radio with a vehicle adapter amplifier has been developed. The apparatus includes a base for supporting dual AN/VRC-110 radio systems. The platform has a first power supply that includes a DC power converter for converting 110/220 alternating current into +28 Volt direct current and a second power supply that converts +28 Volt direct current into +6.75 Volts direct current, +13 Volts direct current and +200 Volt direct current. The platform includes a vehicle adapter power amplifier that provides range extension to said dual AN/VRC-110 radio systems.

The fluid-additive delivery system includes a fluid motor, a speed sensor, an electricity generation and storage system, a clutch, an additive pump, and a flow meter, where the fluid motor and the flow meter are in fluid communication with a piping of the fluid to which the fluid additive is to be added. Abstract: System for determining the flow rate of a fluid and for controlling flow rates. The system provides high resolution with infinite turndown, providing a flow meter which may be used in low flow situations and with fluid additives. The flow rate of an additive fluid is determined in real time with high resolution by providing a novel reciprocating positive-displacement flow meter using magnetically coupled components and a transducer to identify the flow rate of the fluid. A system and method may be incorporated into a flow control system for monitoring the flow rate of a fluid which may be included with an additive delivery system for use with the flowing supply of an additive to be introduced into a flow of untreated fluid in relatively minute quantities.

Abstract: A system and method for document management in an industry where mass volumes of drawings are exchanged and worked upon is facilitated and streamlined. The system has a server in communication with a plurality of remote workstations. Each of the workstations includes a display and interface. The system standardizes the documents, and is operable to display the same document in each of the workstations. Thus, revisions by an authorized person may be made and seen by the other workstations. The system and method disclosed herein also ensures that drawings are delivered to the appropriate personnel as only authorized users may access the system, and eliminates the potential use of outdated drawings in planning as each drawing is automatically time and date stamped and placed in sequential order.

Abstract: System and methods for an interface alteration device that recognizes in incoming data whether certain predefined conditions exist based on condition evaluation rules, and, as appropriate, alters certain portions of the incoming data based on alteration rules. Transmission tolerance levels also define how transmission of data is to be performed so that the destination node to which the altered and/or unaltered data is transmitted will be unaware that alteration has occurred to the data stream.

A first part of an electrical connector is provided at the first housing, and a second part of an electrical connector at the second housing to mate with the first part of the electrical connector. The first housing part and the second housing part are electrically connected and disconnected at the electrical connector to permit transport of the power transformer and electrical current distribution device in at least two pieces.

The base is connected to an AC power supply and at least one DC power supply.
