Abstract: A hybrid module for a drive train of a motor vehicle includes an electrical machine, a dry friction clutch for coupling the electrical machine with the drive train, an input shaft arranged to be coupled to an internal combustion engine of the motor vehicle, and an output shaft arranged to be coupled to a vehicle transmission of the motor vehicle. The dry friction clutch is designed to lead away or secure wear debris of the dry friction clutch. The hybrid module may be arranged as a P2 hybrid module within the drive train between an internal combustion engine side of the motor vehicle and a vehicle transmission side of the motor vehicle. The dry friction clutch may be a dry multi-disk clutch.

Abstract: A torque converter comprising a front cover, an impeller having an impeller shell connected to the front cover, a turbine having a turbine shell and at least one blade attached thereto, and a lock-up clutch configured to selectively couple the turbine shell to the impeller shell for torque transmission therebetween is provided. In embodiments, the lock-up clutch comprises a clutch plate connected to the turbine shell and extending radially outward therefrom. The clutch plate may include a first end, a second end, and a slot defined between the first and the second ends. The lock-up clutch further may include a piston connected to the front cover, and a piston actuation plate connected to the piston, wherein the piston is configured to actuate the piston actuation plate to close the lock-up clutch to connect the turbine shell to the impeller shell.
Abstract: A method of forming an aluminum oxide layer is provided. The method includes providing a metal surface including at least one metal of a group of metals, the group of metals consisting of copper, aluminum, palladium, nickel, silver, and alloys thereof. The method further includes depositing an aluminum oxide layer on the metal surface by atomic layer deposition, wherein a maximum processing temperature during the depositing is 280° C., such that the aluminum oxide layer is formed with a surface having a liquid solder contact angle of less than 40°.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for producing a threaded nut of a threaded drive. In a forming process, a sleeve is produced from a steel sheet which is suitable for case-hardening. A flange is integrally formed on the sleeve for welding to a machine part. A welding surface of the flange has a diffusion-inhibiting layer which inhibits the penetration of carbon into the welding surface. The sleeve is case-hardened, and the welding surface is then exposed by removing the diffusion-inhibiting layer. The sleeve can be bonded to a machine part on the exposed welding surface of the sleeve.

Abstract: A steering element sensor assembly for sensing a steering torque and an absolute angular position having a circuit board and first and second sensor elements. The circuit board has a base surface arranged perpendicularly to a steering axis and a wing surface angled to the base. The first sensor element determines the steering torque and has a first primary sensor formed as a magnetically coded portion on the steering element and one secondary sensor for converting the changing magnetic field generated by the primary sensor into an electrical signal. The secondary sensor determines the absolute angular position and a main gear arranged on the steering element that meshes with at least two gears, one which has one more tooth than the other. The first and the second support surface are arranged situated axially opposite one another and overlapping in a radial direction, such that the spring is supported simultaneously in one axial direction on the first support surface and in an axial opposite direction on the second support surface.
