The guide unit guides the braking element unit in the radial direction during the axial movement, wherein the guide unit has a master guide and an auxiliary guide, wherein the master guide and the auxiliary guide are arranged eccentrically.

Abstract: An actuating device with an actuating piston for transmitting an actuating force to a multi-plate device, with a housing section that receives the actuating piston for movement between an open and a closed position. The housing section has a pressure chamber, and the actuating piston delimits the pressure chamber such that, for an increase of a fluid pressure in the pressure chamber, the actuating piston moves from the open into the closed position. A spring resets the actuating piston, and the spring is supported via a first support surface on the actuating piston and a second support surface on the housing section. The first and the second support surface are arranged situated axially opposite one another and overlapping in a radial direction, such that the spring is supported simultaneously in one axial direction on the first support surface and in an axial opposite direction on the second support surface.
Abstract: A steering element sensor assembly for sensing a steering torque and an absolute angular position having a circuit board and first and second sensor elements. The circuit board has a base surface arranged perpendicularly to a steering axis and a wing surface angled to the base. The first sensor element determines the steering torque and has a first primary sensor formed as a magnetically coded portion on the steering element and one secondary sensor for converting the changing magnetic field generated by the primary sensor into an electrical signal. The secondary sensor determines the absolute angular position and a main gear arranged on the steering element that meshes with at least two gears, one which has one more tooth than the other. Each gear has a target that faces a respective angle sensor.

Abstract: A battery assembly that includes a plurality of cells and a mounting arrangement having two side plates, with the plurality of cells arranged between the two side plates with sides of the cells facing one another. At least two bolts extend between the side plates, with each bolt having a head on one end and a threaded engagement on an opposite end. Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for producing a threaded nut of a threaded drive. In a forming process, a sleeve is produced from a steel sheet which is suitable for case-hardening. A flange is integrally formed on the sleeve for welding to a machine part. A welding surface of the flange has a diffusion-inhibiting layer which inhibits the penetration of carbon into the welding surface. The sleeve is case-hardened, and the welding surface is then exposed by removing the diffusion-inhibiting layer. The sleeve can be bonded to a machine part on the exposed welding surface of the sleeve.

Abstract: A method for producing a thin-film layer includes providing a layer stack on a carrier substrate, wherein the layer stack includes a carrier layer and a sacrificial layer, and wherein the sacrificial layer includes areas in which the carrier layer is exposed. The method includes providing the thin-film layer on the layer stack, such that the thin-film layer bears on the sacrificial layer and, in the areas of the sacrificial layer in which the carrier layer is exposed, against the carrier layer. The method includes at least partly removing the sacrificial layer from the thin-film layer in order to eliminate a contact between the thin-film layer and the sacrificial layer in some areas. The method also includes detaching the thin-film layer from the carrier layer.

Abstract: A method for measuring the concentration of a gas includes heating a first gas with a pulse of light, the pulse of light having a wavelength absorbed by the first gas, wherein the first gas exerts pressure on a flexible membrane. The method includes receiving a first signal indicating a first deflection of the membrane, wherein the first deflection is due to a change in pressure of the first gas and receiving a second signal indicating a second deflection of the membrane occurring after the first signal, wherein the second deflection is due to the change in pressure of the first gas.
