Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus for processing a video frame. The method may include: acquiring a sequence of video frames of a video; ascertaining, in the sequence of the video frames, a previous frame, and ascertaining, in the sequence of the video frames, a subsequent frame corresponding to the ascertained previous frame based on acquired number of frames from the previous frame to the subsequent frame. An update step is performed as follows: acquiring object regions detected respectively in the ascertained previous frame and the ascertained subsequent frame, and confidence levels of the object regions; fusing a confidence level of a first object region and a confidence level of a second object region, and updating the confidence level of the second object region based on the fusion result; and updating the ascertained previous frame and the ascertained subsequent frame.

Abstract: A directory processing method and apparatus are provided to resolve a problem that a directory occupies a relatively large quantity of caches in an existing directory processing solution. The method includes: receiving, by a first data node, a first request sent by a second data node; searching for, by the first data node, a matched directory entry in a directory of the first data node based on tag information and index information in a first physical address; creating, when no matched directory entry is found, a first directory entry of the directory based on the first request, where the first directory entry includes the tag information, first indication information, first pointer information, and first status information, the first pointer information is used to indicate that data in the memory address corresponding to the indication bit that is set to valid is read by the second data node.

Abstract: A flexible display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. By filling a protective film in a stress concentration area of an inorganic film layer at a corner of a dam, a slope of a side wall of the dam can be effectively reduced, and stress concentration effect of the inorganic film layer in an upper packaging structure is reduced to a certain extent. When the protective film is subjected to stress, it can effectively relieve the stress and weaken or even eliminate stress effect of the packaging structure on an anode layer at a corner of the dam.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for warning of a traffic light based on machine vision technology and a detecting device thereof, the method includes the following steps: mounting a detecting device for detecting a traffic light on a top part of a vehicle, and mounting a notification assembly of the detecting device inside the vehicle; receiving a detection request of traffic light status, increasing a height of a camera of the detecting device, and obtaining current image information of the traffic light; determining the traffic light status in the current image information of the traffic light using the machine vision technology, sending a determined result to the notification assembly, and providing a driver with current traffic light information using the notification assembly.

Abstract: A method of visual media processing includes determining a size of a buffer to store reference samples for prediction in an intra block copy mode; and performing a conversion between a current video block of visual media data and a bitstream representation of the current video block, using the reference samples stored in the buffer, wherein the conversion is performed in the intra block copy mode which is based on motion information related to a reconstructed block located in same video region with the current video block without referring to a reference picture.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode display panel, a method of manufacturing the same, and a display device are provided. The organic light-emitting diode display panel includes a flexible substrate defined with a test circuit region thereon. The test circuit region is provided with a test circuit and defined with a circuit trace region. The circuit trace region includes a plurality of traces, a plurality of transistors, a control line, and at least one pin. Each one of the traces is connected to one of the transistors. The control line is electrically connected to a control end of each of the transistors to turn on or turn off the transistors to avoid the circuit from short-circuiting.

The substrate includes a feed network and a parallel plate waveguide layered with the feed network. The parallel plate waveguide has a core of varying dielectric constant, wherein the varying dielectric constant varies from a first probe connected to a first antenna element to a second probe connected to a second antenna element.

Abstract: An OLED display panel includes a display panel body, first hole units, bridge sets, and island sets. The display panel body includes a flexible underlay substrate. The first hole units are defined through the display panel body, each first hole unit includes at least one through hole region intersected, a middle through hole region and two side through hole regions, the middle through hole region and two side through hole regions are longitudinal, connected to two ends of the middle through hole region, and perpendicular to the middle through hole region. Each hole unit is a stretchable unit. Each bridge set is formed on the display panel body and is a wire unit. Each island set is formed on the display panel body and is a light emitting and displaying unit. The first hole unit including the through hole region intersected can improve a stretchable amount of the display panel.

Abstract: The present invention provides a flexible display panel, a flexible display device, and a manufacturing method of the flexible display panel. The flexible display panel is used as a protective cover of the flexible display device. The flexible display panel includes a flexible substrate, organic pixel units, a first inorganic layer, a spacer, an organic layer, and a second inorganic layer. The organic pixel units are disposed in an array on a side of the flexible substrate. The first inorganic layer covers a side of the organic pixel units away from the flexible substrate. The spacer is disposed on a side of the first inorganic layer away from the flexible substrate, wherein the spacer is provided with a plurality of through holes. The flexible display panel of the present invention not only has high flexibility and bendability but also has strong water and oxygen barrier capabilities.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for processing a high dynamic range (HDR) video including a subtitle, where the method includes: encapsulating HDR video data into a video data frame that matches a transmission interface; encapsulating subtitle information into a subtitle information frame that matches the transmission interface; and separately transmitting the video data frame and the subtitle information frame to a display device through the transmission interface, where the video data frame and the subtitle information frame are packets in two types of formats. According to the method provided in this application, content and subtitle information of a dynamic metadata HDR video are separately transmitted to the display device. In this way, the display device can obtain the separated video content and subtitle information, and then separately perform corresponding processing on the HDR video and a subtitle.

Abstract: A pixel circuit, a method of driving a pixel circuit and a display panel. The pixel circuit includes: a drive circuit, a data writing circuit, a compensation circuit, and a light emitting element. The drive circuit includes a control terminal, a first terminal and a second terminal, and is configured to control a drive current flowing through the first terminal and the second terminal for driving the light emitting element to emit light. The data writing circuit is configured to write a data signal to a first terminal of the drive circuit in response to a first scanning signal. The compensation circuit stores a data signal written by the data writing circuit and compensates the drive circuit in response to a second scanning signal. A first terminal of the light emitting element receives a drive current, and a second terminal thereof is connected to a second voltage terminal.
