One example method in embodiments of this application includes generating an input vector, where the input vector includes T subblocks, a first information bit of a first subblock is obtained by replicating a second information bit of a second subblock, the first subblock and the second subblock are subblocks of the T subblocks, a sequence number of the first subblock is after a sequence number of the second subblock, and T is an integer greater than or equal to 2. Polar encoding can then be performed on the input vector to obtain an encoded bit.

Abstract: Embodiments of 3D memory devices are disclosed. In an example, a 3D memory device includes a memory stack, a structure penetrating the memory stack; a dielectric stack on the memory stack, and a contact structure penetrating the dielectric stack and being in contact with the structure. Abstract: A video coding mechanism for viewpoint dependent video coding is disclosed. The mechanism includes mapping a spherical video sequence into a plurality of sub-picture video sequences. The mechanism further includes encoding the plurality of sub-picture video sequences as sub-picture bitstreams to support merging of the plurality of sub-picture bitstreams, the encoding ensuring that each sub-picture bitstream is self-referenced and two or more of the sub-picture bitstreams can be merged to generate a single video bitstream using a lightweight bitstream rewriting process that does not involve changing of any block-level coding results. A mergeable indication is encoded to indicate that the sub-picture bitstream containing the indication is compatible with a multi-bitstream merge function for reconstruction of the spherical video sequence. A set of the sub-picture bitstreams and the mergeable indication are transmitted toward the decoder to support decoding and displaying a virtual reality video viewport.

The first data channel is located on the first frequency domain resource, and the second data channel is located on the third frequency domain resource. The foregoing method provides a manner of transmitting data on the first and second BWPs that partially overlap.
