  • Patent number: 12008492
Abstract: A computing system can receive utilization data from computing devices of requesting users. The system can process the utilization data by (i) executing a transit monitoring engine on the utilization data to detect a cluster of requesting users currently being transported by a third-party transit vehicle to an arrival location of the third-party transit vehicle, and (ii) executing a transport coordination engine on the utilization data to determine, for each requesting user in the cluster, an intent of the requesting user corresponding to a probability that the requesting user will utilize the transport service upon arrival at the arrival location of the third-party transit vehicle.

  • Patent number: 12007983
Abstract: Methods for implementing insert, update, and delete events of a change-data-capture log in transactional order to a representation of a transactional table are disclosed. Insert events may be applied and committed to the representation, while delete events may be buffered and committed to a shadow table. Such buffering may allow the delete events to be applied and committed as a batch to the given representation as a later background operation, allowing for an optimized application of the change-data-capture log to the representation. Once the delete events are committed to the representation, they are removed from the shadow table. Update events may be similarly treated in which the insert event component of the update event is applied and committed to the representation while the delete event component is committed to the shadow table, before being later committed to the representation and removed from the shadow table.

  • Patent number: 12008496
Abstract: A fleet management system may create and manage tasks within an environment associated with fulfilling, sorting, inducting, and/or distributing packages, such as a warehouse, packaging facility, sortation center, or distribution center. The fleet management system may assign the tasks to agents within the environment. Each of the agents may have capabilities or tasks that the agents are configured to perform and the fleet management system may use these capabilities to assign the tasks to the agents. Additionally, tasks may be assigned based on a location of the agents within the environment. As tasks are generated, the fleet management system may determine a suitable agent to perform the task and may transmit instructions to the agent for carrying out the task. The fleet management system may provide a centralized platform to manage agents, optimize the assignment of tasks, and increase productivity within the environments.

  • Patent number: 12007988
Abstract: Interactive assistances for executing natural language queries to data sets may be performed. A natural language query may be received. Candidate entity linkages may be determined between an entity recognized in the natural language query and columns in data sets. The candidate linkages may be ranked according to confidence scores which may be evaluated to detect ambiguity for an entity linkage. Candidate entity linkages may be provided to a user via an interface to select an entity linkage to use as part of completing the natural language query.

  • Patent number: 12007835
Abstract: Techniques for performing temporally encoded lattice surgery (TELS) protocols to reduce space-time costs of lattice surgery measurements are disclosed. A given quantum algorithm may be represented using Pauli-based computation, and associated multi-qubit Pauli operators may be encoded into codewords of a given classical error-correcting code. A hybrid error detection and correction scheme may then be applied during a given TELS protocol in which classical error syndromes corresponding to errors with weights up to a certain weight limit may be corrected while other classical error syndromes corresponding to errors with higher weights may cause given lattice surgery measurements to be remeasured. The weight limit for the hybrid scheme may be chosen based, at least in part, on a number of codewords used, a size of a parallelizable Pauli set used to represent the quantum algorithm, and a distance parameter of the chosen classical error-correcting code.

  • Patent number: 12005586
Abstract: Disclosed autonomous mobile robot systems can be used to safely and efficiently navigate through a facility while avoiding objects in the path of the autonomous mobile robot during completion of a task. Specifically, a first bounded area based on first sensor data may be generated around an autonomous mobile robot where the first sensor data is used to identify objects in a travel path for the autonomous mobile robot and determine a speed for navigating the facility. A second bounded area of a size less than the first bounded area may be generated around the autonomous mobile robot based on speed information from propulsion components of the autonomous mobile robot. A new travel path and new speed information may be generated based on identifying an object in the travel path, dimensional measurements of a space around the object, and a current size of the second bounded area.

  • Patent number: 12005941
Abstract: A motion control system for an independent cart system provides for an improved system for controlling operation of movers in areas of high traffic. A controller monitors operation of the movers to detect heavy traffic. In heavy traffic, the controller may bring a mover to a stop to avoid collisions. Once a mover is stopped, the segment controller will look at the present location of the mover and determine whether it is at the desired position set in the motion command. If the mover is not at the desired position, the stop was a result of heavy traffic. After detecting heavy traffic, the controller commands the mover to resume travel using a modified motion command. The modified motion command will command the first mover to its desired position but will command the move at a reduced rate or using a reduced response in the controller.
