  • Publication number: 20150273674
Abstract: An auto-adjusting control device for adjusting clamping sizes of a C-ring nail gun has a microprocessor, a motor drive unit, and a status detection module electrically connected to each other. The motor drive unit is electrically connected to a motor that drives the C-ring nail gun. The status detection module detects a current value of the motor drive unit and a position of a guiding rod of the C-ring nail gun. The microprocessor determines if the C-ring nail gun has completed a clamping movement according to the current value. The status detecting module also determines if the C-ring nail gun has completed the clamping movement according to the positions of the guiding rod. By determining if a C-ring has clamped an article with the status detecting module, the clamping sizes of the C-ring nail gun can be adjusted.

  • Patent number: 7484647
Abstract: A nail gun has a body, a breach assembly, a triggering device, a safety assembly and a magazine. The safety assembly has a safety lever and an activating beam, both of which are required to be activated to selectively engage the triggering device to allow the nail gun to perform a nailing cycle. When the nail gun is operated incorrectly, the safety assembly does not engage the triggering mechanism so the nail gun is prevented from performing the nailing cycle. The magazine is mounted in the breach assembly and feeds fastening devices into the breach.
