Abstract: An apparatus for controlling lane change is disclosed. The apparatus may include a weight detection unit sensing weight of freight, a safety space setting unit receiving sensed weight and setting a safety space required for a vehicle to safely move to a target lane from a current lane based on the sensed weight, a sensor unit sensing whether an object exists in the safety space using at least one sensor, and a control unit controlling the vehicle to move to the target lane within a preset time when there is no sensed object. A method of controlling lane change is also disclosed.
Abstract: A layered sheet product formed by layering a plurality of cloths comprised of thermoplastic resin strands and formed by layering a coating layer comprised of a thermoplastic resin onto at least one surface of the cloths, in which the thermoplastic resin is comprised of the same component as the strands and has a thickness of 0.02 mm or more and 1.0 mm or less, and a storage modulus of the coating layer at 150° C. is 3.00×106 Pa or higher and 1.00×108 Pa or lower, and a method for press molding the layered sheet and releasing the molded product after cooling to a range of 70° C. or more and 120° C. or less; and subsequently lowering the molded product temperature to 60° C. or lower.
Abstract: Various embodiments of the disclosure provide an electronic device including a housing having a double texture, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to various embodiments disclosed herein, there may be provided an electronic including a housing that includes a first surface having a first surface roughness, a second surface having a second surface roughness different from the first surface, and a first connection portion between the first surface and the second surface. The electronic device may further include an oxide film layer disposed on the first surface, the second surface, and the first connection portion and configured to have a substantially uniform thickness. Various other embodiments may be applied.

Abstract: A method includes forming isolation regions extending into a semiconductor substrate, wherein semiconductor strips are located between the isolation regions, and forming a dielectric dummy strip between the isolation regions, recessing the isolation regions. Some portions of the semiconductor strips protrude higher than top surfaces of the recessed isolation regions to form protruding semiconductor fins, and a portion of the dielectric dummy strip protrudes higher than the top surfaces of the recessed isolation regions to form a dielectric dummy fin. The method further includes etching the dielectric dummy fin so that a top width of the dielectric dummy fin is smaller than a bottom width of the dielectric dummy fin. A gate stack is formed on top surfaces and sidewalls of the protruding semiconductor fins and the dielectric dummy fin.

Abstract: A rotating motor and a fan are provided. In the rotating motor, by arranging a first bearing seat, a second bearing seat, and a plurality of support rods to form the supporting frame, the coaxiality between the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat can be ensured to reduce the accumulated tolerance of assembly. In addition, the motor has a stator having stator teeth. The inner diameter of the inner circular hole of the stator teeth is disposed to be larger than the outer diameter of the second bearing seat.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a communication method and a related product. The method includes: After primary authentication between a core network and a user equipment succeeds, a network function entity in the core network assists a data network in performing secondary authentication between the data network and the user equipment if the secondary authentication further needs to be performed between the data network and the user equipment; the network function entity obtains an authentication result of the secondary authentication and a restriction condition of the secondary authentication from the data network; and the network function entity stores the authentication result and the restriction condition into the core network. The restriction condition may be introduced for the secondary authentication, to make it possible that the authentication result is properly restricted for use, and to lay a foundation for effective management of the authentication result of the secondary authentication.
Abstract: The present application relates to a display device that connects two side edges of a flexible display screen to two pivot shafts respectively. When a camera device is turned on, a camera hole and a lens are disposed oppositely. When the camera device is turned off, a portion of a flexible display screen defined with a camera hole is wound around one of the pivot shafts, under a non-photography state of the camera device, the camera hole hidden in a frame body, and the exposed flexible display screen presents a full screen display effect to improve user experience.

Abstract: A transmitter circuit, an optical module, and a communications device is disclosed. A transmitter circuit includes a driver and a directly modulated laser DML. A positive electrode of the driver is connected to a positive electrode of the DML, a negative electrode of the DML is connected to a voltage terminal, and the negative electrode of the DML is connected to a ground terminal through a capacitor. The driver is configured to generate a drive current based on an input signal, and output the drive current to the DML through the positive electrode of the driver.
