Abstract: The present invention discloses a nucleic acid extraction apparatus and a method using the apparatus for extracting nucleic acids and amplifying target nucleic acids. The nucleic acid extraction apparatus comprising: a nucleic acid extraction element, a waste storage chamber, and a reaction chamber, wherein the reaction chamber is selectively in communication with the nucleic acid extraction element and the waste storage chamber, and the apparatus realizes fluid exchange through the pressure between the waste storage chamber and the reaction chamber. In the present invention, by using an integrated control system, the conventional manual process of nucleic acid extraction and purification is integrated into a fully automatic closed process, making the operation more conveniently and quickly and improving the efficiency of experimental work.

Abstract: A radio frequency module includes a power amplification element, a transmission filter, and a transmission matching element, which are transmission-only components for processing only a transmission signal, a low noise amplification element, a reception filter, and a reception matching element, which are reception-only components for processing only a reception signal, an antenna switch, which is a transmission-reception dual-use component for processing both a transmission signal and a reception signal, and a first module board and a second module board, which are arranged to face each other. The transmission-only components are mounted on a main surface of the first module board, and the reception-only components and the transmission-reception dual-use component are mounted on respective main surfaces of the second module board.

The buffer memory temporarily stores read data and write data. The first and second volatile memories are included in different power domains. The processor generates buffer allocation information, stores the buffer allocation information in the first volatile memory, and controls an access to the buffer memory based on the buffer allocation information. In one example, a method includes: parsing a bitstream to obtain a syntax element, where the syntax element includes at least an index of optimal candidate motion information of a current block; determining, based on the syntax element, to construct a first list or a second list for the current block, where the first list is a block-based candidate motion information list, and the second list is a subblock-based candidate motion information list; determining optimal motion information from the first list or the second list based on the index; and predicting the current block based on the optimal motion information. In this method, the block-based candidate motion information list and the subblock-based candidate motion information list are distinguished from each other. This effectively reduces transmission costs of the optimal candidate motion information.

Abstract: A motor case assembly includes a shaft and a motor case. The shaft has a connection end formed with a groove. The motor case has a perforation for assembling and connecting with the shaft. A hub section protrudes a rim of the perforation and has a forced outer face and an inner face surrounding the connection end and the groove of the shaft. An external means is used to apply an external force to the hub section so as to make the hub section tightly hoop the connection end of the shaft. By means of the external force, the inner face of the hub section is partially intruded into the groove of the shaft to form an intrusion body connected with the groove under a top wall inner face of the motor case. Therefore, the motor case and the shaft are securely connected with each other without easy detachment.
