Utilization of the adjustable spring clipping device saves a user from having to spend much effort on installation or dismounting of the downlight, and allows installation and dismounting of the downlight to be easily and conveniently performed.

Abstract: A pick-and-place apparatus for handling glass substrate is disclosed and which comprises a chassis and a transportation platform which includes a transferring device disposed on the chassis and includes a first frame and a plurality of transferring rods rotationally disposed across the first frame along a first reference direction. A vertical displacing mechanism is provided for moving the transportation platform to move vertically to a pre-determined height. And a horizontal displacing device is provided for moving the transportation platform to more along the first reference direction such that the transferring device can be moved in and out of the cartridge, wherein the first transferring rods rotationally move the glass substrate into the cartridge or out of the cartridge.

Abstract: A fastening device for a hard disk drive (HDD) includes a bottom plate and two fastening members. Two protrusions protrude up from the bottom plate. A positioning portion is formed on the bottom plate. The positioning portion defines a hooking slot. Each fastening member includes a connection wall, and a top wall and a bottom wall perpendicularly extending from top and bottom sides of the connection wall. The top walls are fastened to a bottom of the HDD. Each bottom wall defines an engaging hole. The engaging hole includes a large first hole and two small second holes communicating with opposite sides of the first hole. A latch is formed on one of the fastening members. The HDD is operable to slide to allow the protrusions to enter the corresponding second holes from the corresponding first holes, and to allow the latch to engage in the hooking slot.

A height of the abutting portion is less than a thickness of the liquid crystal layer. The present disclosure further provides a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal panel. With the abutting portion disposed outside the sealant, the uncured sealant is limited from flowing to the cutting edge during the process of bonding the TFT substrate and the CF substrate. Thus, the manufacturing process of the liquid crystal panel may not be influenced by the uncured sealant, and the distance L between the sealant and the cutting edge can be shortened to improve the coating precision of the sealant and the utilization rate of the substrate.

When a driver requests to start the vehicle with the brake OFF and depresses the accelerator pedal, a target drive torque exceeds a gradient load. To avoid excess current being supplied to the motor, the upper limit of motor speed, which is the input speed of a second clutch, is set to a value less than a slip detectable limit value at which it becomes possible to detect slip rotation, i.e. the difference over the output side rotation speed. When the target drive torque exceeds the gradient load, the lower limit of the input speed of the second clutch (the motor speed) is set to a value equal to or greater than the slip detectable limit value so that the required driving force can be achieved by the gradient load corresponding driving force control.
