Abstract: Computer system, methods, and non-transitory storage medium for protecting a client device that is browsing a website from undesired actions of third-party software. Virtual iFrame Containment Enclosure (VICE) code (e.g. JavaScript/WebAssembly) is tailored per website that defines a set of policies of what each third-party code can and cannot do. The server also tracks and analyzes data reports from the websites, and provides reports and alerts to website administrators. Therefore, a browser on a client device visiting the website, and thus executing the VICE code that is tailored for that specific website, is protected from the third-party code, without hindering the proper action of the third-party software and without the third-party knowing that their code was monitored and controlled.

Abstract: A shallow speaker and a method of manufacture for the shallow speaker. The method of assembly uses two different alignment jigs at two different stages of the assembly to ensure alignment of the speaker components. During manufacture, a subassembly of components is created in the speaker frame, and then removed along with the first alignment jig. A second alignment jig is then placed in the speaker, and the bobbin and voice coil added. The subassembly is then connected to the frame, and the voice coil connected to the external connection terminal. Finally, the cone and dust cap are installed.

Abstract: An optical or optoelectronic receiver, an optoelectronic transceiver including the same, and a method and system for protecting a photodetector in the same are disclosed. The method of protecting a photodetector generally includes providing a control voltage to the photodetector so that a current flows through the photodetector, and determining that a transient event has occurred or a transient state exists in the receiver. During the transient event or transient state, the method maintains the control voltage at a normal operating voltage when the current through the photodetector is at or below a predetermined threshold current, and switches the control voltage to a safe mode voltage when the current through the photodetector is above the predetermined threshold current.
