Abstract: A dependent closed pressure vessel is fluidly coupled to an independent closed pressure vessel. A pressure sensor monitors pressure in the vessels to generate raw pressure measurement data. A flow meter monitors multidirectional rate of flow of fluid between the vessels and the volume of fluid flowing from the independent closed pressure vessel to generate raw rate of flow and raw volume measurement data. A pressure/flow regulator valve adjusts pressure in the dependent closed pressure vessel in response to a pressure set point signal generated in response to the raw pressure data, adjusts the rate of flow of fluid between the vessels in response to a rate of flow set point signal generated in response to the raw rate of flow data, and adjusts the rate of flow of fluid between the vessels in response to a volume set point signal generated in response to the raw volume data.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a network transmission optimization device for a graph-type blockchain, at least comprising a transaction processing module, a node managing module, and a route managing module, wherein the transaction processing module performs compression on a transaction, and transaction data obtained through the compression are transmitted among different clusters through a routing node selected by the route managing module from at least one cluster, wherein the at least one cluster is obtained through dividing plural nodes by the node managing module. The network transmission optimization method provides a transaction coding scheme to the existing graph-type blockchain systems, and improve use efficiency of network bandwidth by means of parallelized broadcast. The structured network topology of the network transmission optimization method is made to address delay among nodes, and is adaptive to dynamic joining and exit of nodes, thereby improving network transmission efficiency.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are electrospun fibrous matrix and its production method. The method mainly includes the steps of, mixing a first polymer and a drug to form a first mixture, and sonicating the first mixture until a plurality of microparticles are formed with the drug encapsulated therein; and mixing the plurality of microparticles with a second polymer to form a second mixture, subjecting the second mixture to a wet electrospinning process to form the electrospun fibrous matrix. The thus-produced electrospun fibrous matrix is characterized by having a plurality of first and second fibrils woven together, in which each second fibril has a plurality of drug-encapsulated microparticles independently integrated and disposed along the longitudinal direction of the second fibril. Also disclosed herein is a method for treating a wound of a subject. The method includes applying the present electrospun fibrous matrix to the wound of the subject.
