Context information is derived, via the second mobile device, from the signal based on the first characteristic and/or the second characteristic. A third mobile device is determined, via the second mobile device, as a destination for the signal. The signal is relayed from the second mobile device to the third mobile device without relaying the signal to a central server computer system.
