  • Patent number: 11318810
Abstract: Recreational vehicles are provided with a tapered duct connector and/or a conditioned air receiving sleeve that is positioned in an infra-ceiling space of the vehicle. The tapered duct connector comprises a connector inlet coupled to a conditioned air passage on a wall of the conditioned air receiving sleeve, and a connector outlet coupled to the supply duct, to fluidly couple the sleeve to the supply duct. The tapered duct connector comprises a transitional duct height that increases from the connector outlet to the connector inlet. The conditioned air passage of the conditioned air receiving sleeve, the tapered duct connector, and the supply duct is contained such that air can pass from the conditioned air opening of the conditioned air receiving sleeve, through the conditioned air receiving sleeve, and into the supply duct without contacting structural components in the infra-ceiling space of the recreational vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11189116
Abstract: A method of assembling a recreational vehicle includes providing a structural panel for installation in the recreational vehicle, which has a surface and a readable image in or internal to the structural panel, with the readable image being located at or near a location on the surface of the structural panel for installing a component at the location. The readable image has to-be-installed component information about the component to be installed at the location and is readable at the surface of the structural panel. The method further includes reading the readable image to determine the to-be-installed component information about the component that is to be installed at the location on the surface of the structural panel.

  • Publication number: 20210347315
Abstract: A recreational vehicle may comprise a vehicle body having a living space defined therein, a chassis supporting the vehicle body and having a crossmember disposed across the vehicle body, a wire loom, and a wire loom support. The wire loom support may comprise a body having a hook that fits over a first edge of the crossmember and a finger that folds over a second edge of the crossmember to support the wire loom between the wire loom support and the crossmember. A method of supporting such wire loom may comprise disposing a body of a wire loom support adjacent a crossmember, hooking a hook of the wire loom support to a first edge of the crossmember, placing a finger of a wire loom support over a second edge of the crossmember, and applying a force on the finger to bend the finger over the second edge.
