    Abstract: This invention discloses a method for preparing a kind of Sn-based silver-graphene lead-free composite solder, including mixing a certain amount of graphene with sodium dodecyl sulfate, then adding a certain amount of dimethylformamide, sonicating for 2 hours, adding a certain amount of silver nitrate to the mixture, continuing the sonication and finally obtaining the homemade. The solders matrix powder is weighed according to different silver-graphene mass fraction required, then poured into a ball-milling tank milling for 5 h. The powder is poured into a stainless steel mold after drying, then placed under hydraulic pressure to 500 Mpa for pressure forming. Later, the cold-pressed cylinder is placed in a high vacuum tube resistance furnace and sintered at 175° C. for 2 hours. After cooling to room temperature, it is formed into a cylinder under the hydraulic press.

    Abstract: An affinity ligand peptide library of IgG constructed on the basis of Protein A affinity model and the application of a design method thereof. According to the Molecular Mechanics—Poisson-Boltzmann surface area (MM/PBSA) method and on the basis of the known human IgG-Protein A complex structure, the hot spots of Protein A that have high affinity for human IgG are obtained analytically, and a Protein A simplified affinity model is built thereof. An affinity peptide library of IgG is constructed including heptapeptide and octapeptide structural modes. On the basis of the peptide structural modes, the types of inserted amino acids that ‘X’ residues represent are further identified using amino acid location method. Then, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation methods are used to screen the candidate peptides successively. Finally, the affinity peptide ligands that can effectively purify IgG are identified using affinity chromatography.

In the reaction-rectification integral process, the composite catalyst is used by being blended with rectification fillers or covering the rectification fillers, so as to achieve the integration of the reaction and the rectification. In the reaction followed by rectification process, the composite catalyst and the rectification fillers are placed separately from each other. The two processes achieve a relatively short residence time of reactants, produce highly-pure quadricyclane, and reduce the formation of cokes.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a preparation method for a fluorinated POSS/polysiloxane hybrid coating and the anti-icing application thereof The coating is prepared by mixing fluorinatedpolyhedral oligomericsilsesquioxanes (fluorinated POSS) comprising Si-H bonds and fluoro alkyl chains in the eight vertices with polysiloxane, and subsequently curing via hydrosilylation. Fluorinated POSS aggregates on the surface of the polysiloxane hybrid coating due to the low surface energy fluorinated chains, leading to the generation of micro/nano-sized wrinkles. The wrinkles, together with lubricant, contribute to the low water contact angle hysteresis (as low as 2°) and ice shear strength (as low as 20 kPa). The required materials are easy to obtain, and the preparation is simple and controllable. All the above make it promising as anti-icing coatings.
