  • Patent number: 7745987
Abstract: An organic electroluminescent display device includes organic electroluminescent films, each containing organic electroluminescent materials and sandwiched by a pair of electrodes, each forming a plurality of light-emitting elements above a substrate. Each pixel of the display device is composed of two different colors light-emitting elements, and the chromaticity of each color is controlled by changing the concentration of organic electroluminescent materials or by adding foreign materials thereto. For example, if the chromaticity of the red light-emitting element is set to a value shifted toward green side, various colors including white can be produced by mixing this red with blue of the blue light-emitting element. Then, the organic electroluminescent display device can produce high-quality quasi-color images by mixing two colors of which chromaticity values are properly controlled. By virtue of a two-color structure, the aperture ratio becomes high and the manufacturing process becomes simple.

  • Publication number: 20100128891
Abstract: A repulsive-type magnetic circuit prevents deterioration of magnetic characteristic of magnets due to heat accumulation, and includes: a magnet and plural magnets arranged such that matching poles of the magnet and each of the plural magnets confront each other; a yoke; a pole piece; and a top plate. The pole piece is above the yoke. The top plate is above the pole piece. The magnet is between the yoke and the pole piece. The plural magnets are arranged between the pole piece and top plate. Joule heat generated by the voice coil is hardly propagated, as radiant heat, to one of the plural magnets on the side near the top plate. Accordingly, the temperature of the magnet on the top plate side hardly rises even if radiant heat continuously propagates to the pole piece. This prevents demagnetization of each of the plural magnets, and deterioration of the magnetic characteristics thereof.

  • Patent number: 7706564
Abstract: A diaphragm (400) of a speaker (100) includes a vibrating member having a substantially thin-plate shape and a base material disposed substantially at the center in a width direction of the vibrating member. The base material is formed by a woof group, a front diagonal thread group, a back diagonal thread group and a warp group, the groups being arranged so as to cross with each other and have axial directions different from each other. Accordingly, tensile strengths of the diaphragm (400) in the axial directions of the groups, i.e., tensile strengths in four directions, can be set to substantially the same. Accordingly, since the number of directions having substantially the same tensile strength is larger than conventional arrangements using triaxial fabrics, occurrence of deformation such as bending of the diaphragm (400) due to resonance can be prevented as compared to the conventional arrangements. Therefore, the speaker (100) capable of vibrating properly can be provided.

  • Publication number: 20100092024
Abstract: A drive cone 11 and a diaphragm 14 are integrally driven by a voice coil 6 which is movably disposed in a magnetic gap 5. Peripheral edges of the drive cone 11 and diaphragm 14 are supported by a frame 12 through edge portions 13 and 15. A lead wire 21 supplies a drive signal to the voice coil 6. The lead wire 21 is disposed along a surface shape of the edge portion 13 which supports the drive cone 11. The lead wire 21 is mounted along a roll shape of a flexible adhesive utilizing the adhesive. With this structure, the lead wire 21 deforms such as to follow deformation of the edge portion 13 in the drive cone 11 in accordance with vibration of the diaphragm 14. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a bending stress caused by vibration from being transmitted to a portion of the lead wire.

  • Patent number: 7687001
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to improve a speaker edge member manufacturing method in which a substrate is introduced into an edge member molding material by virtue of insertion molding, to prevent a trouble such as a crack on a parting line or the like, thus shortening a manufacturing time and thus reducing a manufacturing cost. The method comprises the steps of: attaching the substrate into the edge member molding die; introducing the edge member formation material into the edge member molding die before or after attaching the substrate into the edge member molding die; heating/pressurizing the substrate and the edge member formation material in the edge member molding die so as to obtain a molded edge member. At this time, the outer edge portion of the substrate is located in a position separated a predetermined distance from the dividing line of the die.

  • Patent number: 7672473
Abstract: In a loudspeaker, a lead wire of a voice coil is fastened to a diaphragm, and is extended along the diaphragm. A bottom surface of a frame supporting the diaphragm is placed so as to face against a rear surface of the diaphragm. A protrusion is formed on the bottom surface so as to protrude toward the rear surface of the diaphragm. Therefore, the loudspeaker can prevent the lead wire of the voice coil, which is extending along the diaphragm, from being broken. Further, the loudspeaker can prevent the forward protruding diaphragm from being crushed and damaged.
