    Abstract: A preventive film for a polarizer which comprises a non-oriented three-layer film comprising a polycarbonate film having a glass transition temperature or 100° C. or higher and, laminated on both surfaces thereof, a polybutylene terephthalate film: a releasable preventive film for a polarizing film which comprises the three-layer film and, applied on the surface of the polybutylene terephthalate film side, a silicon based releasing agent; and a polarizing plate preventive film for a polarizing film and the releasable preventive film for a polarizing film as uppermost surface layers of a polarizing film containing a polarizer. The preventive film for a polarizing film and the releasable preventive film for a polarizing film exhibit an extremely small double refraction and can be produced at a low cost, and the polarizing plate using these films allows the detection of optical defects with ease.

The battery case is produced by deep-drawing, DI-forming, DTR-forming a surface-treated steel plate having glossy nickel or glossy nickel-cobalt alloy plating on the outermost layer corresponding to the external face of a battery case of a plated original plate consisting of a steel plate. The glossy nickel plating or glossy nickel-cobalt alloy plating layer on the outermost layer has a high glossiness, and therefore the appearance is excellent. The runnability of a formed battery case is high as well as the working efficiency.

The clad plate (34) is selectively etched to form a columnar conductor (17), and an insulating layer (13) is formed on the copper foil material forming a wiring layer (10). A bump (18) for connection of a semiconductor chip and the wiring layer (10) are formed on the opposite side to the side on which the columnar conductor (17) is formed. Thus, an interposer for a semiconductor device is manufactured.

In particular, it is preferred that the casting slab contains no equiaxed crystal.
