Abstract: Using multimedia messaging service (“MMS”) messaging to facilitate a transaction for purchasing electronic content on a wireless device is disclosed. Initially, an indication that a user of the wireless device has selected to purchase the electronic content from among a plurality of electronic content available for purchase is received from a wireless device over a wireless network. An MMS message including payment information for the purchase of the selected electronic content is then received from the wireless device. The purchase of the selected electronic content is authorized based on the payment information included in the MMS message and the wireless device is then enabled to download the selected electronic content in response to the authorization of the purchase of the selected electronic content.

Abstract: A process of filtering a wireless service provided to at least one wireless device from a wireless network includes receiving identification of the at least one wireless device in a filtering server from an administrator and receiving filtering instructions from the administrator in the filtering server. The process further including receiving a request for an internet resource from at least one wireless device, comparing the request for the internet resource to the filtering instructions to determine whether the requested internet resource is allowable in view of the filtering instructions or not allowed based on the filtering instructions. The disclosure also provides a system as well.

Thereafter, user input fields of the selected one or more truncated application is populated with user information.

Based on the determination, the data connection setting application can enable the display of instructions to a user and provide tools to fill in information required to reconfigure the wireless device according to wireless network requirements for the specific wireless device.
