Abstract: A tool holder has a holder body with a generally cylindrical sidewall extending along a central longitudinal axis between an open first end and a second end portion. The second end portion defines a through-opening extending along the central longitudinal axis and having a through-opening radius. A flange member extends axially from the second end portion and has flange neck portion and a flange rim portion each extending radially about the through-opening. The flange rim portion is spaced apart from and connected at the flange neck portion to the second end portion of the holder body. A reinforcing member installed on the flange neck portion between the flange rim portion and the second end portion. The holder body is made of a resilient, pliable material and constructed to receive and frictionally engage a non-working end of a tool inserted into the holder body through the open first end.

Abstract: A tool lanyard wrist cuff includes a fixed closed loop band and an adjustment tab extending therefrom. A first fastener part of a releasable fastener is fixedly attached to a loop outside surface of the closed loop band. The adjustment tab has a tab inside surface, a tab outside surface, and a distal end portion. The adjustment tab has a second fastener part of the releasable fastener fixedly attached to the tab inside surface of the distal end portion. The second fastener part is configured for releasable engagement with the first fastener part when the adjustment tab is folded with the tab inside surface against the loop outside surface to position the second fastener part in engagement with the first fastener part. A lanyard connector is secured to the distal end portion of the adjustment tab.

The shackle body has a closed geometry defining a primary opening therethrough and includes a first side member with a first aperture, a second side member spaced apart from the first side member and having a second aperture. The second aperture is positioned opposite from and aligned with the first aperture. End portions extend between and connect the first side member and the second side member. A pin has a body portion extending between a head portion and a tip portion. The pin defines an annular slot extending at least partially around the pin. An expandable retaining ring is configured to be installed on the pin and occupy the annular slot, where the retaining ring prevents removal of the pin from the shackle body when the pin is installed in the shackle body.

A clip member has a clip protrusion with neck, head and tip portions, the neck portion sized to be slidably received in one of the slots. The tip portion is configured to engage the rotating member to cause it to rotate about a central longitudinal axis as the neck portion moves distally along one of the slots, causing a catch surface to align with the tip portion and a channel to align with a tip portion of a second clip member retained in the second slot, thereby retaining the first clip member and releasing the second clip member.
