    Abstract: An electronic device includes a frame having a frame member with a frame connector. The frame defines a component cavity. The electronic device also includes a user interface coupled to the frame that is visible external of the frame, with the user interlace displaying data to an operator. A user input is coupled to the frame member and includes a terminal electrically coupled to the frame connector. A circuit board is received in the component cavity and is operably coupled to the user interface. The circuit board is electrically connected to the frame connector at a separable interface. The user input can pick up a signal from anywhere on the electronic device based on an action of touching, handling or placing and process that signal to cause a predetermined effect. The signal from the user input is transferred to the user interface via the frame connector and the circuit board.

    Abstract: A terminal crimping method and terminal crimping device in which friction between an anvil and a crimper is suppressed and a projection is prevented from being formed above a wire barrel where core wires of an electric cable are crimped. The terminal crimping device (40) has the anvil (41) having a placement groove (43) in which a terminal (10) is placed and also has the crimper (42) for pressing the wire barrel (31) of the terminal (10) placed on the anvil (41). The placement groove (43) has a first pressing section (43a) for pressing an effective crimping section (31a) and also has a second pressing section (43bg) for pressing an extension section (31b). The bottom surface of the second pressing section (43b) is formed as a slope surface expanding toward the receptacle (20).

    Abstract: A shielded cable connection structure includes a plurality of shielded cables. Each of the shielded cables has a center conductor, a shielding conductor, and an insulative jacket. A metal grounding member has at least two rows of mutually parallel substantially comb shaped teeth. The comb shaped teeth in each of the rows have a wire receiving portion formed there between that receives at least one of the shielded cables. A holding member mates with the metal grounding member to clamp the shielded cables between the metal grounding member and the holding member. The center conductor is directly clamped by the comb shaped teeth in one of the rows, and the shielding conductor is clamped through the insulative jacket by the comb shaped teeth in the other row.

Moreover, crimp parts with which the end portions of the electrical wires are connected by crimping are provided inside the respective guide grooves.
