Abstract: An assembly and process for forming a two stage extruded pipe having a central inner sleeve and a pair of outer attached lobes. The central sleeve shaped (also termed a grout receiving tube) is produced in an initial extrusion operation, following which it enters a cross head operation where a pair of outer lobes are attached to cross sectional exterior surface locations according to a second stage extrusion operation so as to be integrally formed therewith. Other steps include cooling of the dual stage extruded pipe, as well as sectioning and stacking the pipe. Additional steps include forming elongated slots or apertures into the central sleeve portion of the finished extrusion, such in non-interfering fashion with the individual passageway defining and lobes.
Abstract: A modular wall system including a plurality of panels, each having a plurality of interconnecting sides including a top, a bottom, a first joiner edge and a second joiner edge. The first and second joiner edges of the panels each further include a pair of first and second side edge projecting profiles, the profiles each exhibiting mating and friction fitting locations such that the panels are inter-engaged in either of linear or angled extending fashion. A floor supported track is provided for seating the bottoms of the interconnecting panels.

Abstract: A baffle construction constructed of a two part/two shot injection molded material having an integral and three sided body. Each of the sides including a panel section surrounded by a softer interconnecting hinge such that a plurality of living hinges are configured into the body and are located around and between each of a central panel and interconnected side panels. A secondary article is provided and includes an upper baffle assembled along with the lower baffle to define a four sided box-like structure around a vehicle radiator and in order to direct incoming air through a fascia opening and into a cooling module associated with the radiator.
Abstract: A tubing incorporated into a vehicle fuel tank system including an elongated and flexible tubular shaped body having a hollow interior exhibiting pluralities of alternating inner and outer diameter spaced locations. The inner diameter locations exhibit a first plurality of annularly projecting ribs, the outer diameter locations exhibiting a second plurality of ribs exhibiting a larger dimension. In this fashion, a plurality of individual tubing sections are incorporated into each of gas vapor (outflow) vent lines and fresh intake air (inflow) lines such that an inner airflow profile is established within the body to retard the generation of sound associated with volumetric airflow.

Abstract: A tri-extruded molding for mounting within a vehicle roof ditch. The tri-extruded molding is produced as an elongated trim defining component and is constructed of a rigid substrate material, a first UV graded thermoplastic elastomer applied over the exterior of the rigid substrate, with a second thermoplastic elastomer formed as a pair of laterally projecting wings along exterior and outwardly opposite edges of the rigid substrate and in communicating fashion with the jointly extruded edges of the first thermoplastic elastomer. The upper and lower extending sides can include a number of materials, not limited to a 40% calcium carbonate polypropylene. The edge extending and interconnecting sides are further constructed, in cross section, of a harder material as a flat extending first face along with an intermediate positioned snap fit portion, such as for engaging a condenser tank, as well as at least one pin receiving location. A second softer material is coextruded to an edge of the harder material and, upon assembly into a four sided frame with the upper and lower sides, is affixed both around and at least partially forwardly of the radiator face in order to redirect/funnel air to the front of the radiator.

Abstract: A dual layer material adapted to being applied to a vehicle underbody including a panel shaped body formed by a moldable polyethylene terephthalate (PET) layer joined with a polypropylene and glass composite layer in order to provide at least one of improved wear and abrasion resistance on an outer facing surface and acoustic noise attenuation on an inner vehicle facing surface. The dual layer material can also incorporate a bonding agent for adhering the layers together.

Abstract: A pair of top and bottom caps associated with a geothermal pipe. The top cap has a body with a first end face matching an open end configuration of the pipe, the top cap including first and second conduit portions. A bottom cap likewise includes a body with a first end face matching an opposite facing open end configuration of the pipe and an enclosed bottom portion for redirection of downward fluid flow through a first passageway communicating with the first conduit portion to upward fluid flow through a second passageway communicating with the second conduit portion. Additional features include each of the top and bottom caps having first and second arcuate shaped lobes around a cylindrical shaped central sleeve. Each of the top and bottom caps can further be constructed from an injection molding process.
