Abstract: A primary base fabric for a tufted carpet includes a first non-woven web and a second non-woven web laminated on each other. The first non-woven web is constituted with a first constituent fiber formed with a first thermoplastic resin and containing carbon. The second non-woven web is constituted with a second constituent fiber formed with a second thermoplastic resin and having a carbon content lower than the carbon content of the first constituent fiber or containing no carbon. The primary base fabric is a product prepared by combining the first non-woven web and the second non-woven web through an emboss processing.
Abstract: Provided is a polyamide resin composition including 0.01 to 50 parts by mass of cellulose fiber in relation to 100 parts by mass of a polyamide resin, having a relative viscosity of 2.3 or more, and having an L-value, an a-value and a b-value in an Lab color space of 20 or more, 10 or less and 20 or less, respectively. The aforementioned polyamide resin composition is obtained by subjecting a polyamide resin composition having a relative viscosity of 2.2 or less to a solid phase polymerization.
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a bismaleimide (D-BMI) modified product in which an amino group of dimer diamine (DDA) is maleimidized, which has the good heat resistance, and has the sufficiently enhanced processability, and a method for producing the same. There are provided: <1> A bismaleimide (D-BMI) modified product in which an amino group of dimer diamine is maleimidized, the bismaleimide modified product having the following characteristics: 1) An acid value of the D-BMI modified product is 2 mg-KOH/g or less. 2) In 1H-NMR, when quantitative comparison is performed using an integrated value (A) of a peak corresponding to a proton of a methylene group directly bound to a nitrogen atom of a maleimide group and an integrated value (B) of a peak corresponding to a vinyl proton of a maleimide group, A/B is 1.25 or more and 2.00 or less.
Abstract: The present invention provides a polyester film, wherein an arbitrary direction on the film surface is defined to have an angle of 0°, and three directions are defined to have angles of 45°, 90°, and 135°, respectively, clockwise from the 0° direction, and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the stresses at 5% elongation in the four directions is 50 MPa or less, the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the stresses at 15% elongation i,n the four directions is 70 MPa or less, and the modulus of elasticity in any one of the four directions falls within a range from 2.0 to 3.5 GPa.

Abstract: [Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polyamide hollow fiber membrane having such properties that the transmission of fine particles through the membrane can be prevented effectively, the membrane has an excellent water transmissibility, the entire surface of the membrane has excellent hydrophilicity, and impurities such as metal elements are rarely eluted through the membrane. [Solution] A polyamide hollow fiber membrane produced by a TIPS method under specific production conditions has the following characteristic properties: (1) the contact angle of water on the surface of the membrane is 80° or less; (2) the external pressure water transmissibility of the membrane is 50 L/(m2·atm·h) or more; and (3) the 50 nm-particles blocking ratio of the membrane is 90% or more.
