    Abstract: An energy-efficient capacitance-to-digital converter (CDC) is provided that utilizes a capacitance-domain successive approximation (SAR) technique. Unlike SAR analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), analysis shows that for SAR CDCs, the comparator offset voltage will result in signal-dependent and parasitic-dependent conversion errors, which necessitates an op-amp-based implementation. The inverter-based SAR CDC contemplated herein provides robust, energy-efficient, and fast operation. The inverter-based SAR CDC may include a hybrid coarse-fine programmable capacitor array. The design of example embodiments is insensitive to analog references, and thus achieves very low temperature sensitivity without the need for calibration. Moreover, this design achieves improved energy efficiency.

The compound impact-resistant device can provide specific initial support force and achieve active self-adaptation to dynamic impact, thus solving the problems that traditional hydraulic buffers cannot provide initial support force and traditional mechanical crushing members have difficulty in providing large support force.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an active zinc-based catalyst and a preparation method thereof, and use in catalyzing a rearrangement reaction of ibuprofen. The active zinc-based catalyst includes a carbon-based fiber material and nano-zinc oxide supported on a fiber surface of the carbon-based fiber material. The active zinc-based catalyst is introduced with the carbon-based fiber material, and the carbon-based fiber material is capable of increasing a specific surface area of the catalyst, thereby improving a dispersion degree of zinc oxide, increasing the number of catalytic active sites, and significantly improving a catalytic activity. Meanwhile, due to a certain mechanical strength, the carbon-based fiber material is capable of improving a mechanical strength of the catalyst, making the catalyst exist stably in ketal fluid, maintaining a stable morphology of the catalyst, and avoiding or inhibiting reduction of the catalytic active sites, thereby ensuring a catalytic stability.

According to the technical solution of the present disclosure, cellulose nanocrystals are used as templates, the powder material with a porous structure is prepared by in-situ polymerization growth of the polymer on the surfaces of the cellulose nanocrystals, a small amount of electrolyte is used to activate the powder, and the solid electrolyte is prepared by hot-pressing membrane formation. The solid electrolyte prepared by the present disclosure has excellent electrochemical performance and mechanical performance, and a broad application prospect.

    Abstract: A segmented grouting method for ramp drivage in an aquifer is provided. Concerning grouting reinforcement for a ramp in an aquifer, a grouting process is divided into four stages according to a pressure change, that is, micro-pressure filling, low-pressure diffusion, medium-pressure reinforcement, and high-pressure fracturing. In the micro-pressure filling, an initial pressure of a grouting orifice is 0, and a low-concentration single-component grout is used to fill an original fissure of the aquifer. In the low-pressure diffusion, a low-concentration bicomponent grout is used for grouting, the original fissure is expanded, and a grouting radius is increased. In the medium-pressure reinforcement, a high-concentration bicomponent grout is used for grouting, thereby reinforcing the aquifer. In the high-pressure fracturing, a high-concentration bicomponent grout is used to reinforce a new fractured fissure of the orifice caused by a high pressure and the original fissure, thereby forming a confining bed.

    Abstract: Provided is a red mud-based composite calcium ferrite and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method of the red mud-based composite calcium ferrite includes the following steps: mixing red mud and a calcium source, and roasting an obtained mixture in an oxygen-containing atmosphere to obtain the red mud-based composite calcium ferrite; where the calcium source is selected from the group consisting of lime and calcium carbonate. In the present disclosure, the composite calcium ferrite is prepared using a solid waste red mud, with a greatly reduced cost of raw materials; on the other hand, compared with traditional calcium ferrite, the composite calcium ferrite mainly has phase structures of CaFe2O4, Ca2FeAlO5, and Ca2Fe2O5. Therefore, the composite calcium ferrite has a lower melting point, a higher lime dissolution efficiency, and better fluxing and dephosphorization effects during primary smelting and refining of molten steel, and has broad prospects for use in industry.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method of nano-aluminum oxide (nano-Al2O3) with a controllable hydroxyl content, belonging to the technical field of nano-alumina. H2O2 dissolved in water dissociates a large number of hydroxyl radicals. In the present disclosure, a resulting H2O2 solution is used as a solvent for precipitation; during the precipitation, a soluble aluminum salt and a pore-enlarging agent are reacted to generate a precipitate under alkaline conditions, and the hydroxyl radicals are distributed on a surface of the precipitate. During drying, the hydroxyl radicals are converted into bound water and distributed on a surface and in pores of an aluminum hydroxide precursor; during roasting, the bound water is destroyed to form hydroxyl. The hydroxyl content of the nano-Al2O3 can be regulated by controlling a concentration of the H2O2 solution, and the nano-Al2O3 has the hydroxyl content positively correlated with the concentration of the H2O2 solution.
