Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure describe an inline demulsification system (400, 430) including an inline flow conditioner (402,410) for separating a multiphase fluid into a liquid phase (420) and a gas phase (422), wherein the liquid phase (420) includes an emulsion; and an ultrasonic wave device (404), provided downstream from the flow conditioner (402, 410), including one or more ultrasonic probes (442) for emitting ultrasonic waves (452) towards the multiphase fluid, wherein the ultrasonic waves (452) demulsify at least a portion of the emulsion. Embodiments of the present disclosure also describe related systems and methods.

Abstract: A coupling thermal management system of a pure electric vehicle based on phase change heat storage. The system includes a refrigerant circuit and a coolant circuit, where heat exchange can be achieved between the refrigerant circuit and the coolant circuit through a plate type heat exchanger. Abstract: A Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain with high yield of ethyl butyrate and a construction method and an application thereof are provided. The strain is obtained by over-expressing in the starting strain acetyl coenzyme A acyl transferase gene Erg10, 3-hydroxybutyryl coenzyme A dehydrogenase gene Hbd, 3-hydroxybutyryl coenzyme A dehydratase gene Crt, trans-2-enoyl coenzyme A reductase gene Ter, and alcohol acyl transferase gene AAT. Compared to the starting bacteria not producing ethyl butyrate, the yield of ethyl butyrate of the constructed strain reaches 77.33±3.79 mg/L, the yield of the ethyl butyrate of the strain with double copy expression of gene Ter and gene AAT reaches 99.65±7.32 mg/L, increased by 28.9% compared with the EST strain, and 40.93±3.18 mg/L of ethyl crotonate is unexpectedly produced.

Abstract: A preparation method of charcoal-based fertilizer is provided. Particularly, a special pig manure charcoal modified by amino grafting, a preparation method thereof, and its application in the reuse of nitrogen from farmland drainage are provided. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) drying raw pig manure to a moisture content of 80%-85% and carrying out pickling, drying, and crushing successively to obtain a dried pig manure powder; 2) conducting liquid nitrogen pretreatment and high-temperature charcoalization to obtain an expanded pig manure charcoal; 3) performing carboxylation treatment to obtain a carboxylated pig manure charcoal; 4) amino grafting: adding an ammonia liquor to the carboxylated pig manure charcoal obtained in step 3), stirring for 20-24 h in an oil bath at 200-240° C.; washing and filtering; and drying and grinding to obtain the special pig manure charcoal modified by amino grafting.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for growing III-V compound semiconductors on silicon-on-insulators. Abstract: The present invention provides a signal fusion system that is a probabilistic system fusing an arbitrary combination of heterogeneous signals for determining the location of electronic devices. The system includes a signal sampling device for detecting one or more signals emitted by an electronic device to be located, including geolocation signals, WiFi signals, Bluetooth signals, 4G communication signals, 5G communication signals, geomagnetism signals, or inertial navigation system signals (INS). A likelihood processor cooperates with the signal sampling device to receive information about selected sampled signals, and creates a grid of reference points for an interested area in which the electronic device may be located. The likelihood processor independently computes, for each selected sampled signal, a location likelihood that is a probability of observing the sampled signal given that the electronic device is located at different reference points in the grid.

Abstract: A method for intelligent fault detection and location of a power distribution network is provided, which includes: constructing a network topology of the power distribution network, updating the network topology in real time to obtain an updated network topology, performing a fault identification based on the updated network topology, performing a fault locating based on the updated network topology to determine a fault node, and identifying a fault type based on a fault recorded signal of the fault node. Abstract: A self-propelled towing simulator for a hydraulic lift system carries a gyro pose control system and a six-degree-of-freedom (DOF) platform to control the overall pose of the simulator, so that the simulator simulates six-DOF motion states including swaying, surging, yawing, rolling, pitching and heaving generated by a mining vessel under the combined action of waves and flows and required by the experimental working conditions; interventions in the pose of the simulator may be positive or negative, so that the simulator may be applied to the uncontrollable natural water bodies so as to approximate to the working conditions of the experimental requirements. The simulator may carry out experiments in open natural water bodies by use of its own autonomous sailing capability under remote wireless control and may acquire parameters such as dynamic characteristics and spatial configuration and the like of a deep-sea mining hydraulic lift subsystem in real time.
