    Abstract: A titanium-containing calcium hexaaluminate material and preparation method thereof is disclosed. The technical solution is: using 60˜80 wt % alumina micro powder, 5˜20 wt % calcium-containing micro powder, 10˜20 wt % titania micro powder and 1˜10 wt % manganese oxide micro powder as raw materials, blending the raw materials evenly in a planetary ball mill to obtain a blend, machine pressing the blend at 100˜200 MPa to obtain a green body, drying the green body at 110˜200° C. for 12˜36 h, and incubating the dried green body at 1500˜1800° C. for 1˜8 h to obtain the titanium-containing calcium hexaaluminate material. The present disclosure has low cost and simple process, and the prepared titanium-containing calcium hexaaluminate material has the characteristics of good chemical stability, high thermal shock resistance and strong melt resistance to titanium-aluminum alloy.

The method and device maximize the bearing capacity of the composite foundation by taking an optimal value of the leveling stiffness of the pile top displacement regulators. The method and device realize accurate quantitative analysis for composite foundation design by adjusting the value of the leveling stiffness of the pile top displacement regulators.

    Abstract: A method to achieve full densification and grain size control for sintering metal materials, wherein raw material powder is deagglomerated to obtain deagglomerated powder with dispersion. The deagglomerated powder is granulated by spray granulation. The granulated particles are processed by high-pressure die pressing and cold isostatic pressing. The powder compact is sintered by two-step pressureless sintering. The first step is to heat up the powder compact to a higher temperature and hold for a short time to obtain 75-85% theoretical density; the second step is to cool down powder compact to a lower temperature and hold for a long time. The two-step sintering can decrease the sintering temperature, so that the powder compact can be densified at a lower temperature. Thus, the obtained refractory metal product is densified, with ultrafine grains, uniform grain size distribution, and outstanding mechanical properties.

    Abstract: A method of making steel by deeply dephosphorization in a hot metal tank and decarburization using semi-steel with nearly zero phosphorus load in a converter includes the following steps: putting an efficient dephosphorization agent into the hot metal tank in advance, and conducting dephosphorization during blast furnace tapping and transportation of blast furnace hot metal by the hot metal tank to obtain semi-steel with [P] less than 0.04 wt. % and [C] greater than or equal to 3.5 wt. %; and removing dephosphorization slag, and pouring the semi-steel into the converter for decarburization to obtain molten steel. The efficient dephosphorization agent includes iron oxide scale, lime, and composite calcium ferrite. According to the method, a phosphorus content of the blast furnace hot metal is reduced to be less than or equal to 0.04 wt. % through the efficient dephosphorization agent.

    Abstract: The invention belongs to the field of amorphous alloys, and more specifically, relates to a method for calibrating the internal temperature field of amorphous alloy prepared by spark plasma sintering. First, the part required for temperature field calibration inside the bulk amorphous alloy sample obtained by spark plasma sintering is cut into a series of small amorphous alloy samples, and the isothermal crystallization treatment is performed to obtain the crystallization time of different parts of the sample. An annealing-isothermal crystallization experiment is performed on the adopted amorphous alloy powder at different annealing temperatures, and the functional relationship between the annealing temperature and the crystallization time is obtained.

    Abstract: A non-volatile Boolean logic circuit based on memristors and an operation method, which performs logic operations on the input logic value P and/or the input logic value Q. The logic circuit includes: a controller, a memristor M1, a memristor M2 and a resistor. The controller sets the memristor M2 to a high resistance state before performing the logic operation.     Abstract: The present invention provides a methanol solid oxide fuel cell and a power generation system comprising the same, wherein the fuel cell is a tubular SOFC cell stack, the tubular SOFC cell stack comprises a plurality of tubular SOFC single cells, and a side wall of an inner pipe of the tubular SOFC single cell at a fuel inlet is of a porous layer structure; an inner wall of the inner pipe is coated with a methanol pyrolysis catalyst layer, and the thickness of the catalyst layer gradually increases along a moving direction of the fuel in the inner pipe. The methanol solid oxide fuel cell can effectively relieve carbon deposition of the anode of the methanol SOFC, and can ensure that the temperature of the whole cell is more uniform and the cell performance is more stable.
