Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for constructing a trehalose polyenzyme complex in vitro by mediation of an artificial scaffold protein, which mainly comprises the following steps: constructing a recombinant bacterium WB800n-ScafCCR for self-assembled scaffold protein module; constructing a recombinant bacterium WB800n-P43-phoD -treY-Ccdoc for self-assembled catalytic module; constructing a recombinant bacterium WB800n-P43-phoD-treZ-Ctdoc for self-assembled catalytic module; constructing a recombinant bacterium WB800n-P43-phoD-cgt-Rfdoc for self-assembled catalytic module; secretorily expressing the recombinant bacteria and self-assembling in vitro to obtain a recombinant trehalose multi-enzyme complex. The trehalose multi-enzyme complex constructed by the method of the present disclosure has a higher catalytic efficiency in preparing trehalose than that of mixed free enzymes, and the method can be used for production of high quality trehalose after immobilization with cellulose microspheres.

Abstract: An antenna comprises a substantially circular ground plane with an upper surface and a defined center. A plurality of radiating elements are placed radially on the upper surface, arranged at constant angles around the defined center to, when electrically excited, create a plurality of circularly polarized electromagnetic emissions. Each radiating element of the plurality of radiating elements is in electrical communication with an electromagnetic source via an electrically conductive feed, the electromagnetic source configured, when in use, to create a radial excitation current on the radiating element, and further configured, when in use, to provide phase and amplitude control of the excited current on the radiating element for both beam forming and 360 degree beam steering by superposing omnidirectional circularly polarized electromagnetic emissions.
Abstract: System for vehicle encrypted communication for vehicle-road-cloud collaboration is provided. The system includes a vehicle-side communication unit disposed on a vehicle and a second quantum random number generator disposed on a visitor. Abstract: Provided are a phenanthroimidazole derivative, and a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The phenanthroimidazole derivative has a structural formula as shown in Formula (I), R being an electron donor group, wherein by taking a phenanthroimidazole group containing a trifluoromethyl phenyl group as an electron acceptor, and in virtue of the properties of the specific electron donor group R, the phenanthroimidazole derivative containing a light-absorbing photosensitive group of a series D-?-A structure is synthesized, and can be used as a photoinitiator, which is used in the technical field of UV light-curing systems or 3D printing.
Abstract: A calibration method and a tuning method for an on-chip differential active RC filter are provided. The calibration method comprises: obtaining zero-crossing time of a differential signal outputted by a single-pole point real number filter by analyzing the single-pole point real number filter; setting a reference clock period according to the relationship between the zero-crossing time and the bandwidth of the single-pole point real number filter, and setting a calibration working time sequence according to the reference clock period; and scanning an RC configuration of an RC array according to the calibration working time sequence to realize calibration of the RC array.
Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of artificial intelligence, and provides a pose estimation apparatus and method for a robotic arm to grasp a target based on monocular infrared thermal imaging vision. The present disclosure provides a pose estimation apparatus for automatically grasping a target using a robotic arm of a specialized robot, which includes a monocular infrared thermal imaging camera, a laser ranging module, an edge computing platform, and an embedded processor. The monocular infrared thermal imaging camera can perform imaging based on a temperature difference between a target and an environment in smoke, combustion, and explosion environments in which a specialized robot works. The laser ranging module can assist in measuring a distance of a to-be-grasped target. An algorithm process in the present disclosure is deployed on the edge computing platform. The embedded processor completes motion control of a robotic arm.
Abstract: A laminated cermet tool material with self generated micro texture on the surface and a preparation method thereof; first, the tungsten carbide titanium matrix powder is added with molybdenum cobalt nickel rare metal as the bonding phase to form the matrix, then 2.5D braided ceramic fiber preforms are placed on the upper and lower surfaces of the cermet matrix powder, and the laminated cermet tool material with self generated micro texture on the surface is obtained by spark plasma sintering, as the ceramic fiber braid is braided, it has a stable structure, realizing the formation of texture coating on the surface of the tool, and the laminated tool with the cermet as the middle layer.
Abstract: The application relates to a polarity discrimination detection method and apparatus for multiple stacked electronic components and a device, and the method comprises the steps of: acquiring a collected image of a to-be-detected electronic component, and matching and positioning the collected image to obtain a positioning image; acquiring parameter data of a camera device, and carrying out stereo matching and image segmentation on the positioning image according to the parameter data to obtain three-dimensional coordinates; the to-be-detected electronic component to a polarity detection region through a manipulator according to the three-dimensional coordinates to acquire a detection image; analyzing the detection image to obtain polarity circle coordinates; and comparing the polarity circle coordinates with polarity circle standard coordinates arranged on the polarity detection region to obtain a polarity discrimination result.
Abstract: A main frame structure having box-section bearing beams of a launch vehicle engine includes a body. The body includes upper bearing table tops, lower bearing table tops, a cross gasket, a connecting ring and the box-section bearing beams. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method of a doped ZnO catalyst. The preparation method includes the following steps: mixing a precipitant and a first solvent to form a first solution having 1 mol/L to 5 mol/L of the precipitant by concentration; mixing one of a Cu salt or a Ga salt, a Zn salt, and a second solvent to form a second solution having Cu and Zn at a molar ratio of less than 0.05:1 and Ga and Zn at a molar ratio of less than 0.1:1; subjecting the first solution and the second solution to precipitation or hydrolysis at 50° C. to 90° C. to obtain a precipitate, and washing and drying the precipitate to obtain a precursor sample; and conducting calcination on the precursor sample at 300° C. to 500° C. for 3 h to 5 h to obtain a Cu-doped ZnO catalyst or a Ga-doped ZnO catalyst.
Abstract: The invention discloses an optical transmission device based on direct-sequence-spread-spectrum time-division-multiple-access, which includes a signal transmitting module and a signal receiving module. The transmitting module is connected with the receiving module by optical fibers. The transmitting module is used for receiving an external data sequence signal, encoding the external data sequence signal into a direct-sequence-spread-spectrum time-division-multiple-access electric signal and modulating the resulting electric signal into corresponding spread-spectrum optical signal for transmission by optical fibre. Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting information through a topological quantum error correction system based on multi-space-time transformation including steps of initializing quantum information, detecting an error in quantum information transmission, correcting the error in quantum information transmission, and decoding the information in quantum information transmission. Information safety is improved and only a quantity of devices for generating quantum states needs to be increased. A stabilizer is used to analyze code symmetry, for error detection, measurement, and correction. Any information about an encoded qubit is not revealed during odd/even parity measurement, so that an encoding state of the encoded qubit remains unchanged. A double-layer convolutional neural network model in an adversarial network can find an error correction chain with a best effect.
Abstract: A crane extension and installation device includes an extension device, a winch, a pulley and a cable. A main arm includes a vertical slide rail, the main arm is inclined relative to vertical, and three second pulleys at different heights of the slide rail are installed in the vertical direction of the slide rail, and the second pulley can slide vertically along the slide rail and can be fixed at a certain position of the slide rail. Abstract: The present invention relates to a paper-based 3D printing device and a printing method. The paper-based 3D printing device comprises a printing platform, a three-axis linkage platform, a cutting head and an inkjet head. The printing platform is used for placing paper, and the three-axis linkage platform is arranged to, firstly, drive the cutting head to cut the corresponding paper along the contour of a preset model to form a cutting seam, and then drive the inkjet head to inkjet color toward the cutting seam along the contour of the preset model. The paper-based 3D printing device and the printing method save ink, and can directly spray the ink at the cutting seam, which is equivalent to coloring the outer surface of the model, effectively improving the coloring effect, making the coloring of the outer surface of the model uniform, eliminating the step of printing one by one.
Abstract: The present invention provides an automatic optimization method for graphical programming control layout, comprises: freely combining, by a user, graphical modules as needed to perform programming, after programming controls are moved each time, firstly determining whether the programming controls in a program are intersected or not, then positioning to each overlapped programming control, and calculating a moving distance and a moving direction of the programming controls under a non-overlapping condition. The present invention is an automatic optimization method designed based on graphical programming software layout, and performing layout rearrangement of programming controls does not require manual operation. All the programming controls can be automatically arranged by utilizing the method, and moreover, the overlapped programming controls can be ensured to be moved to a proper location by a minimum distance.
