    Abstract: A tooling and method for flexible through connection of a double-liner water heater. The tooling includes a transition shaft, a tooling connecting plate and a fastening screw. The method includes: allowing a shaft head of the transition shaft to be in fit with an inner surface of an outer flange of a lower liner for welding; allowing an end hole to be in fit with an outer surface of an inner flange of an upper liner for welding; after welding seams are cooled, removing the tooling, and enameling the upper and liners; forming through-flexible connection between the inner and outer flanges; and firmly fitting the upper and lower liners together with two steel strips to ensure that a gap between the upper and lower liners is not greater than 7 mm.

    Abstract: A device and a method for fabricating a ceramic reinforced composite coating based on plasma remelting and injection. The device includes a plasma cladding assembly, a powder feeding assembly, a metal-based substrate, and a thermal infrared imager. The plasma cladding assembly comprises a plasma gun and a plasma generator. A plasma arc generated is used to heat the substrate and form a molten pool on the substrate. The powder feeding assembly comprises a powder feeder configured to feed ceramic particles to the molten pool through a powder feeding copper tube. The thermal infrared imager is configured to acquire an infrared image of the molten pool and acquire an optimal injection position of the ceramic particles according to the infrared image. The optimal injection position is a midpoint between a trailing edge of the plasma arc emitted on the substrate and a trailing edge of the molten pool.

The height of the measuring point is the installation height of the working plane of generating rails, so as to ensure that the measuring point is always located on the dividing cylindrical surface of the gear helix artifact. When the gear helix artifact does pure-rolling motion, the slide block performs high-precision linear motion on the working surface of two fixed rails; the pure-rolling motion is proportional to the high-precision linear motion, so that the inductor micro-displacement probe can complete the measurement of the helix deviations of the gear helix artifact with different base circle helix angle.

    Abstract: A biomimetic desert beetle self-transporting bone microgrinding head and a preparation process thereof, and relates to the field of medical instruments. The microgrinding head includes a hydrophobic matrix or a matrix having a hydrophobic plating layer. The matrix has a hydrophobic surface on which several hydrophilic abrasive particles are uniformly distributed. A process for preparing the microgrinding head is: selecting diamond abrasive particles and conducting oxidization treatment of the diamond abrasive particles; forming a hydrophobic matrix by scanning a surface of the matrix with a laser; or alternatively obtaining a hydrophobic plating layer by a chemical modification method; and combining the oxidized diamond abrasive particles with the hydrophobic matrix or the hydrophobic plating layer by electroplating to obtain a microgrinding head.

    Abstract: The invention discloses an UWB NLOS signal recognition method based on the first path of CIR, including constructing a UWB ranging system comprising tags and anchors. The system controls communication between the anchor and tag, processes the raw CIR data obtained from each communication to construct data samples, and labels these samples to build a raw CIR dataset. Peak filtering is then performed on the CIR waveforms in the raw CIR dataset to identify the first path peak points of the data samples. Based on the first path peak points, valid data is determined as new data samples, and one-hot encoding is applied to the data labels. A training dataset is constructed using all new data samples and their corresponding data labels. A machine learning model is then developed and trained using the training dataset, and the trained model is saved for identifying unknown CIR signals.

    Abstract: The provided is a Soft-sensing method for dioxin emissions of MSWI process based on ensemble T-S fuzzy regression tree. The highly toxic pollutant dioxins (DXN) generated in the municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) process based on a grate furnace is a key environment index for realizing operation optimization control of the process. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing a dioxin emission TSFRT model based on a screening layer and a fuzzy reasoning layer; then, a plurality of parameter updating learning algorithms aiming at the fuzzy reasoning antecedent part and the fuzzy reasoning consequent part are provided, and five dioxin emission TSFRT models including TSFRT-I, TSFRT-II, TSFRT-III, TSFRT-IV and TSFRT-V are obtained; finally, by taking the dioxin emission TSFRT-III model as an example, constructing an integrated TSFRT (EnTSFRT) model taking the TSFRT-III as a base learner so as to realize high-precision modeling of the dioxin emission concentration.

    Abstract: A bismuth ferrite film material, a method for integrally preparing a bismuth ferrite film on a silicon substrate at a low temperature, and an application, includes: magnetron sputtering a bottom electrode, a buffer layer and a bismuth ferrite film on one surface of a Si substrate in sequence from bottom to top at a processing temperature of 300-400° C.; reducing the temperature to room temperature; and a top electrode is deposited via magnetron sputtering on the surface of the bismuth ferrite film; the buffer layer mentioned hereof is a conductive oxide which matches the lattice of bismuth ferrite and is of a perovskite structure (ABO3). According to the present invention, the temperature for preparing the bismuth ferrite film material can be reduced to 450° C. or below, and the bismuth ferrite film material has a high spontaneous electric polarization.

The present invention effectively degrades low-concentration formaldehyde in indoor environments or in air.
