    Abstract: A lignosulfonate dispersion self-healing polyurea coating and a preparation method therefor. The coating is obtained by reacting the following components in parts by mass: 1-10 parts of microcapsules of a lignosulfonate-embedded healing agent; 10-100 parts a polyurea prepolymer; 20-120 parts of a mixed solution of an amino-terminated polyether and a sterically hindered amine chain extender. The preparation method for the coating comprises the steps of at room temperature, adding a mixed solution of microcapsules of a lignosulfonate-embedded healing agent, an amino-terminated polyether and a sterically hindered amine chain extender into a polyurea prepolymer and reacting same at room temperature for 10 min-4 h. The self-healing polyurea coating may be applied to the field of material surface protection, i.e., corrosion resistance of steel structures, especially marine steel structures.

    Abstract: Provided a method for in situ synthesizing ultrafine and highly loaded Ag NPs on the surface of tannin-coated phenolic resin microspheres, the method comprises: (1) preparing phenolic resin microspheres by hydrothermal solvent method; (2) stirring a mixed phase of the phenolic resin microspheres and a tannin solution under a alkaline condition at room temperature to obtain tannin-coated phenolic resin microspheres; (3) adding the tannin-coated phenolic resin microspheres to a silver ammonia solution to obtain a composite that being loaded with Ag NPs on the surface of tannin-coated phenolic resin microspheres. Ag NPs in the composite are ultrafine and highly loaded. The raw materials of the method are low price, and the preparation process is extremely simple and environmentally friendly. In addition, the tannin coating technology is also suitable for other nanomaterials, such as SiO2, TiO2 and Fe3O4, etc., and has good application prospects and market potential.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a device for single-cell high-throughput sorting in a marine in-situ environment. The device includes a pressure-resistant visual sorting cabin, an optical identification system and an automatic sorting system; a microorganism-containing bacteria liquid is injected into the pressure-resistant visual sorting cabin; the enriched microorganisms is dispersed and pass through a channel via a carrier chip disposed in the pressure-resistant visual sorting cabin; when the enriched microorganisms pass through the carrier chip, the microorganisms are observed and identified via the optical identification system; and the automatic sorting system automatically sorts the microorganisms according to a microorganism identification result. The present invention further provides a method for single-cell high-throughput sorting in the marine in-situ environment.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a classification method and system for fine-grained mixed sedimentary rocks, a medium and a terminal. Core description and thin section observation are used to accurately identify the sedimentary structure types and their vertical distribution characteristics from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives, and indicates the mixed sedimentation characteristics of combination of different lamina or laminar couplets. The micro-drilling sampling technique is used to sample the samples with different types of sedimentary structures while avoiding diagenetic minerals. X-ray diffraction mineral content analysis and a high-precision carbon-sulfur analyzer are used to obtain the contents of different types of minerals and the total organic carbon contents in each sample, respectively, the basic rock type of each sample was determined using a triangular classification diagram.
