    Abstract: A frequency locking method for a phase-locked loop comprises the following steps: S1, a frequency control module controls a numerically controlled oscillator to obtain an maximum output frequency and a minimum output frequency; S2, obtain a minimum frequency ratio and a maximum frequency ratio by means of a time-to-digital converter and the frequency control module; S3, calculate a first frequency control word and a first frequency ratio according to the minimum frequency ratio and the maximum frequency ratio; S4, the frequency control module uses the Newton's iterative method to recalculate a new frequency control word; S5, obtain a new frequency ratio according to the new frequency control word; S6, if the new frequency ratio is within an error range, end iteration and stably output the new frequency control word, and otherwise, jump to step S4.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a welding method of a demetallized ceramic substrate having a surface capillary microgroove structure. The demetallized ceramic substrate includes a ceramic substrate main body and surface capillary microstructures. The surface capillary microstructures are arranged on two lateral sides of the ceramic substrate main body and the surface capillary microstructures specifically are capillary microgrooves. The welding method includes the following steps: fixing a chip to an upper surface of the demetallized ceramic substrate having the surface capillary microgroove structure, fixing the ceramic substrate with the chip to a printed circuit board having a bonding pad, and placing melted solder on the bonding pad, and driving the solder to ascend to an electrode of the chip from the bonding pad in a lower layer by means of a capillary force, thereby realizing an electrical connection between the chip and the printed circuit board.

Meanwhile, the internal structure and the self-righting working mode of the unmanned ship make it possible for the hull to automatically turn off the main engine and the air inlet and exhaust system when the heeling angle of the hull exceeds a certain angle, making the whole ship watertight.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of chemical industry production, and particularly relates to CD-MOFs and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) formulating a supersaturated ?-cyclodextrin alkaline alcohol aqueous solution containing an alkali metal ion; (2) heating to obtain a hot ?-cyclodextrin solution; and (3) cooling the hot ?-cyclodextrin solution of the step (2), and performing crystallization and separation to obtain the cyclodextrin-based metal organic framework material. The CD-MOFs has perfect crystallization and large specific surface area, which are similar with those of a material prepared by means of traditional methods. The important thing is that the synthesis operation thereof is simple, green, and environmentally friendly, and the time required is shortened from a few hours or even tens of hours to a few minutes, which significantly improves the synthesis efficiency and is conductive to industrial scale production.

The manufacturing method of the titanium dioxide solution includes: mixing choline chloride, urea, boric acid, and titanium tetrachloride to form a first solution, wherein a molar concentration ratio of choline chloride to urea is 1:2, a molar concentration of titanium tetrachloride is 0.2 M to 0.4 M, and weight/volume of boric acid is 5 g/300 ml to 15 g/300 ml; and heating the first solution to form a second solution, wherein the second solution contains carbon/nitrogen doped titanium dioxide. In the manufacturing method of the present disclosure, the deep eutectic solution formed by choline chloride and urea may be used as a solvent, and may also be used as a carbon source and/or a nitrogen source. Therefore, titanium dioxide may be doped with carbon and/or nitrogen during the formation process.

The data processing unit converts the sampled analog signal into a digital signal and cross-correlates the signal with the true random binary sequence in the memory, so as to obtain the distance to the object side to be measured.
