    Abstract: Provided is an intraesophageal electrostimulator configured so that other medical tools can also be easily inserted into an esophagus and misalignment in the esophagus can be reduced. An intraesophageal electrostimulator 100 includes a stimulator body 101, stimulating electrodes 111, 112, and power feed lines 113, 114. The stimulator body 101 is formed, in order to insert the stimulator body 101 into an esophagus S, in an elongated flat plate shape with flexibility in a longitudinal direction. The stimulator body 101 includes a first flat plate member 102, a second flat plate member 103, and an exterior body 104. On one plate surface of the first flat plate member 102, each of the stimulating electrodes 111, 112 is provided so as to protrude from the plate surface. The second flat plate member 103 overlaps with the other plate surface of the first flat plate member 102 such that the second flat plate member 103 and the first flat plate member 102 sandwich the power feed lines 113, 114.

    Abstract: A use of an intervertebral disc fibrosis-inducing substance in preparation of medication, where the medication is used for the treatment of degenerative spinal diseases. The inventors of the present disclosure make use of the pro-fibrotic effect of the intervertebral disc fibrosis-inducing substance and the auxiliary effect of the fibroblast to achieve further treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration. The simultaneous administration of the above two drugs can reasonably control the degeneration and achieve the purpose of stepped treatment, thereby having clinical transformation value. In addition, the therapy combining the intervertebral disc fibrosis-inducing substance with the cell in the present disclosure allows the treatment regimen more personalized.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, in particular to a fat emulsion dialysate, and preparation method and the use thereof. Provided in the present invention is a fat emulsion dialysate, comprising a long-chain fat emulsion oil, a medium-chain triglyceride, an anti-oxidant, sodium oleate, glycerin, phospholipid, and a solvent. Compared with traditional dialysis, the fat emulsion dialysate provided by the present invention has a better advantage for protein-bound toxin removal. In addition, the fat emulsion dialysate not only has a simple preparation method and a low cost, but also has good stability and safety, and remains stable at room temperature for 14 days without obvious precipitation. Thus, the fat emulsion dialysate can become a hemodialysis dialysate or peritoneal dialysate with broad application prospects, and has good industrialization prospects.
