Abstract: Technology for identifying that a communication is from a verified enterprise includes receiving, by a device associated with a user, a data packet from a phone network. The data packet can be included in a communication to the device, which can have an application configured to verify communications from at least one enterprise. A token within the data packet can be identified by the application, and the application can compare the token to at least one token identifier associated with the at least one enterprise. In response to the token corresponding to at least one token identifier, the application can verify that the communication is from the at least one enterprise. In response to the communication being verified, the application can display a validation image on the device.

Abstract: A method and system of securely enrolling delegates with an account management service so that the delegates can manage access to funds on behalf of a primary account holder is disclosed. The method and system include generating new profiles for proposed delegates, setting delegate approval policies, ensuring a sufficient number of delegates have been selected, and confirming the identity of each delegate.

Abstract: The present embodiments relate to on demand generation of curated audio content. Responsive to initiation of an electronic communication by a client, audio relating to a client speaking to the operator can be processed to derive a series of insights relating to features of the audio. Previously recorded audio relating to the operator can be combined with a text-based script to generate audio content. The audio content can be modified using the series of derived insights. The modified audio content can include a series of disclaimers that are played back to the client. Generation of the modified audio content can be dynamically generated responsive to detecting a trigger that allows for on-demand generation of the modified audio content.

Abstract: A method of determining a physical location for an address. The method includes receiving from a first global positioning system on a vehicle a first set of global positioning data indicative of a vehicle location. The method may also receive from a second global positioning system on a portable electronic device a second set of global positioning data indicative of a portable electronic device location. The method may also receive a set of location metadata associated with a picture. The method determines a residence location from the first set of global positioning data, the second set of global positioning data, or the set of location metadata. The method then associates the physical location to the address.

Abstract: A computer device and method for processing risk related data to determine one or more insurance products for appliances and other systems located in or on an insured property. Informatic data is received from one or more informatic sensor devices relating to one or more appliances located in or on an insured property. Analysis is performed on the received informatic data to determine one or more insurance products to be recommended for at least one appliance located in or on the insured property. Notification is provided regarding determination of the one or more insurance products for the at least one appliance located in or on the insured property.

Abstract: A fire suppressing insulation. This insulation will create a barrier that blocks a fire to protect a structure from damage and will assist in suppressing the fire. Also, a fire suppression system including two walls, such as an interior wall and an exterior wall or two interior walls. The walls are spaced apart from each other by a divider to define an interior volume. At least a portion of the interior volume includes fire suppressing insulation that will form a fire suppressing intumescent barrier between the walls when exposed to the heat of a fire.

Abstract: A method and system of providing users with session-specific layouts during access of an application based on contextual data. The system identifies contextual data for each application access session and associates the contextual data with a particular in-app activity. The in-app activity corresponds to a task that is typically performed by the first user when the specific contextual data is detected. The contextual data can include location data, time and date data, and device type data.

Abstract: Methods and systems can identify and request video data and information associated with an event. An event location and time associated with the event can be determined. The event can comprise damage to property or injury to a person. A geographic range of interest associated with the event location and a time duration of interest associated with the event time can be determined. One or more users who are determined to have been at or near the event location at the event time can be automatically identified. A request for at least one of information or video data from the geographic range and time duration of interest can be transmitted to the one or more identified users.

Abstract: A system and method for home security, and in particular to notifying residents of a home of a visitor's presence and providing an automatic assessment of the visitor's legitimacy, is disclosed. In one example, the system can be configured to automatically identify a logo worn by the visitor using optical recognition and generate a notification for the resident that identifies the company. In another example, the system can request presentation of an encrypted key that should be stored on the visitor's computing device. In another example, the system can query a database of scheduled services and determine if a person was requested or scheduled for a visit. In some embodiments, the system can assign a security token to the merchant which will be required at the time of the appointment.

Abstract: A system can route calls based on a minimum expected delay, classification, and priority of the call. In some embodiments, when a call is received, the call is classified and prioritized within the classification. A minimum expected delay time is determined. Based on the minimum expected delay time, the classification, and the prioritization, the call is routed to a representative with instructions on how the call should be treated.

Abstract: Technology for determining a queue position of a call from a user can include receiving, at an enterprise, the call from a user device associated with the user. The user device includes an application associated with the enterprise. The call is placed into an on-hold queue. A weighted level of importance associated with the call is determined based on call history information associated with the user device and call frequency associated with the user. The weighted level of importance is compared to at least one weight threshold. A wait time for the call is decreased based on the weighted level of importance meeting or exceeding the at least one weight threshold.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein disclose methods and systems for encryption and decryption of data. In some implementations, an encryption and decryption system can protect private information of a user in documents with an artificial reality device. The encryption and decryption system can determine the portion of a document containing private information and encrypt that portion of the document. In some implementations, the encryption and decryption system can receive a document and identify the protected (e.g., encrypted) portion of the document. In some cases, the protected portion of the document can contain a security token that the encryption and decryption system can extract. The system can compare the security token to an authentication token associated with the user and determine whether the security and authentication token match. If the tokens match, the system can decrypt the protected portion of the document and display the decrypted data as a virtual object.

Abstract: A system and method for improving the download time of emails in an environment in which a server distributes emails to persons working in close proximity to each other. When these persons receive multi-recipient emails intended for several or all of these persons, the server distributing the emails delivers the multi-recipient emails to the first one of the persons who logged on to read his or her emails on his or her personal computer, for distribution to the other persons over a personal area network. This reduces the download time for the persons downloading their emails at a subsequent time.

For example, the system transforms some aspects of a visual scene into a sound space for a visually impaired user. Once the user learns to interpret the sound space, she avoids walking into an object because a sound cue tells her that the object is in her near environment and roughly where it is. Various types of transformations are possible depending upon the user's needs and preferences. As all people are different, each user has a personalized profile that directs the transformation process. More generally, the environment to be transformed may include aspects of artificial or enhanced reality. The transformed environmental information can be presented to the user in a number of ways, such as in haptic feedback, as directional audio, through oral stimulation, or through modified visual display.

Abstract: The present embodiments relate to an Augmented Reality (AR) vehicle buying experience. A client can provide a series of client information, such as characteristics of a desired vehicle. A specified vehicle can be identified and characteristics of that vehicle can be identified. The characteristics of the vehicle can then be compared with the desired vehicle characteristics provided by the client to determine whether the vehicle corresponds to the desired vehicle of the client. Responsive to determining that the specified vehicle corresponds to the desired vehicle of the client, the client AR display can be updated to highlight the specified vehicle depicted in the display. Alternatively, responsive to determining that the specified vehicle does not correspond to the desired vehicle of the client, the client AR display can be updated to obfuscate (e.g., grey out) the specified vehicle in the display.
