The method includes directing the browser of the user to the partner website. The method includes receiving a request from a partner web page presented in the browser of the user for a script from the script library. The method includes sending the script to the browser. The method also includes receiving from the browser of the user tracking information generated by the script and identifying actions taken by the user on the partner website.

Abstract: In one embodiment, one or more non-transitory, computer-readable mediums store computer instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to receive inputs from one or more request sources. The inputs include user credentials to an electronic medical record (EMR) source provider system. The computer instructions, when executed by the processor, also cause the processor to validate the credentials via communication with the EMR source provider system without an external authorization process, retrieve one or more EMRs from the EMR source provider system after the credentials are validated by the EMR source provider system, and store the one or more EMRs in a single data repository.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described to facilitate an efficient on-boarding experience for users joining a financial institution, while maintaining the integrity of certain operations to determine whether the users are eligible for certain financial products based on the personal information of the users. For instance, a first server may perform an approval process by receiving a request to verify an identity of the user using a digital identity service, sending to a second server a request to obtain one or more categories of personal information about the user, receiving personal information associated with the one or more categories selected by or authorized by the user, determining, based on at least some of the received personal information, that the user is approved for a payment card, and sending information associated with the payment card to a mobile device.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein disclose methods and systems for authenticating ownership of an account in real-time or near real-time so that a user can fund or open a new account without waiting for several days. The system enables an operator to select one or more methods for authentication from a group of candidate schemes. The candidate schemes include (1) a card-association-network scheme; (2) an account-aggregation scheme; and (3) a credit-bureau-integration scheme.

Abstract: A system and method of providing real time account information for financial accounts is disclosed. The system includes an event based architecture including an event stream. Financial transaction processing systems publish transaction events to the event stream. A transaction service listening to the event stream detects new transaction events. The transaction service takes action to enrich transaction data. A middleware system reconciles existing transactions and persists transaction records in long term storage. Prior to closing financial accounts, the system can retrieve a list of all scheduled and pending transactions and request that these transactions are canceled before closing the account.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for modeling call center networks. Models are employed to run a simulation of the call center network based on call center network architecture data. The models are used to generate solution parameters for a call center network, and the solution parameters can be automatically implemented in at least a portion of the call center network.

A customer's general purpose computer and image capture device may be leveraged to capture an image of a check and deliver the image to financial institution electronics. Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for enhancing interaction between a customer using a client computer and a customer service representative of a company using a workstation. A Web session is commenced on a Web site for the client computer of the customer, wherein the Web session includes displaying a first Web page to the customer. A telephonic interaction is commenced between the customer and the customer service representative and a split screen is displayed on the workstation. The split screen including the first Web page and a second Web page, wherein the second Web page is only viewable by the customer service representative. An application is caused to be moved from the second Web page to the first Web page for review and interaction by the customer via the client computer.

Abstract: A system and method for providing aural guidance in imaging a document is disclosed. Visually impaired people may have difficulty when imaging a document with a mobile computing device. The system and method may analyze the image of the document in the imaging device, and output one or more aural directions in order for the user to move the document and/or camera for proper imaging of the document. In that regard, those with visual impairments may be assisted in imaging documents using a mobile computing device.

Abstract: A system includes a vehicle system including one or more sensors that to monitor one or more properties related to an operation of a vehicle. The system also includes a processor that receives expected vehicle usage information from an applicant, a database, publicly available sources, or the like and receive a set of data including the one or more properties from the vehicle system. The set of data is associated with the expected vehicle usage information. The processor may then determine a premium base rate based at least in part on the set of data and a risk associated with the applicant and determine a vehicle rate based at least in part on the set of data and a risk associated with the vehicle. The processor may then display a visualization including the premium base rate and the vehicle rate on a display.

Abstract: To protect corporate information technology (IT) networks, corporations or organizations can design their networks with secure technology. For example, before an employee can remotely access his or her company's network via a user device, a server associated with the company's network can setup an exemplary secure digital certificate for the user device. The secure digital certificate includes a public Internet Protocol (IP) address associated with a router used by the user device to access the Internet. When employee attempts to remotely access his or her company's network, the user device or a router associated with the user device can send the secure digital certificate along with a current public IP address of the router used by the user device to access the Internet. In some embodiments, if the public IP address included in the digital certificate matches the current public IP address, the user device can access the company's network.
