Abstract: A method for interconnecting electronic power modules of a polyphase rotary electric machine. The power modules are disposed in open cavities of a heat sink and comprise substrates on which are provided MOSFETs of a synchronous rectifier bridge and integrated control circuits. Abstract: The invention concerns an assembly of a valve body (A) and a seal (11). The valve body (A) includes a gas flow passage (4) and a valve shutter (6) mobile between an open position and a closed position obstructing the movement of the gases in the passage (4). The passage (4) being intended to be connected to a pipe (B) to enable gas to flow between them, the seal (11) being intended to be mounted between the passage (4) and the pipe (B) to provide a gas seal between them. The assembly is characterized in that the seal (11) forms a seat for the valve shutter (6) in the closed position. The seal provides, on the one hand, a seal between the passage and the pipe whether the valve shutter is in the open or the closed position and, on the other hand, a seal for the valve shutter in the closed position.
Abstract: An architecture of interconnected electronic power modules for a polyphase rotary machine, comprising electrically interconnected power modules (5) and a connector (6) including one or more layers formed by pluralities of conductive traces borne by plates, such as to connect the power modules (51 to 53) to one another and to electrical elements of the rotary machine. The power modules (51 to 53) comprise a plurality of connection elements (510 to 530) brazed directly to components of the power modules (51 to 53) and, in the upper part, to conductive traces of the connector (6). This architecture includes a heat sink (4) equipped with open cavities (41 to 43) for receiving the power modules (51 to 53). A polyphase rotary machine is also provided using such an architecture, in particular a dual three-phase alternator with synchronous rectification.

Abstract: A friction clutch device for coupling a first rear motor shaft to a second front forced shaft by allowing free relative axial displacement between the two shafts. The clutch device includes a double shock-absorbing steering wheel having a primary couple input assembly which is fixedly mounted axially to the motor shaft, a secondary couple output assembly which is rotatably connected to a reactive plate of the clutch device which is supported by the forced shaft. An elastic circumferential action member is arranged in a cavity that is peripheral to the primary assembly to rotatably connect the secondary assembly, with circumferential shock absorption, to the primary assembly. Abstract: A rotary electrical machine regulation device of the type which can control the electrical machine using a predetermined set value of a direct voltage (B+) of the on-board electrical network of the vehicle in which the machine is installed. An excitation current (EXC) is supplied to the alternator (machine), and has a duty cycle (RC) which is determined by a digital processing block (9), on the basis of an error voltage between the predetermined set value and the direct voltage of the electrical network. Accordingly, a system (11) is provided herein for making the digital block electrically self-sufficient. Abstract: A method of force-fitting a commutator (3) onto the shaft (2) of a rotor. This force-fitting is over an externally knurled part (6) of one end (4) of the shaft. The force-fitting is performed in such a way that the externally knurled part remains located on the outside of a first portion (A) of the commutator supporting the slip rings (8). According to another feature, an internally knurled part (9) of the commutator, situated essentially on the outside of the first portion (A), is force-fitted over an externally plain part (7) of the end of the shaft. The method has the notable advantage of allowing longer brush life. The method is particularly well suited to applications to a motor vehicle alternator or alternator-starter.
Abstract: The starter motor circuit (1) comprises a combination (10) of a starter motor and of a device (LPF) for stepping up the battery voltage. The device for stepping up the battery voltage is intended to prevent a drop in battery voltage caused by a current spike that appears in a power circuit of the starter motor when power is applied thereto. The starter motor in the conventional way comprises an electric motor (DCM) and an electromagnetic contactor (EC). The device for stepping up the battery voltage is a filtering device of the inductive type which is mounted in series with the electric motor in the power circuit and comprises a casing made of magnetic material, a primary winding circuit intended to be inserted in series in the power circuit, and a secondary winding circuit mounted as a short circuit.
