    Abstract: A system described herein may provide a technique for ensuring that a User Equipment (“UE”) is provided an opportunity to scan for available cells in a wireless network in a manner that allows the UE to detect cells according to a particular radio frequency (“RF”) band. When receiving a measurement report from the UE that does not include cells implementing the particular RF band, a timer may be initiated during which subsequent measurement reports may be received from the UE. If a subsequent measurement from the UE includes a cell corresponding to the particular RF band, the UE may be instructed to connect to such a cell. Otherwise, the UE may be instructed to connect to another cell that does not implement the particular RF band.

For each of the plurality of input utterances, at least one of the one or more paraphrases is selected based on an instruction from the developer to generate selected paraphrases. The conversational agent is generated based on the plurality of input utterances and the selected paraphrases.

A Machine Learning Spam Detection Component (“MLSDC”) may screen a call, such as a voice call, by initiating a call session between the MLSDC and a calling UE, from which the call was requested. Via the established call session, the MLSDC may receive communications, such as voice communications, from the UE, and may determine a measure of likelihood that the call request is associated with spam by using machine learning or other techniques to compare the received communications against one or more models that indicate attributes of calls that have been identified as spam.

Based on the sensing data, the device may determine a sensing profile, which indicates a measure of vibration as a function of distance along the fiber optic cable and as a function of time. The device may determine that the new sensing data satisfies a vibration deviation criteria, relative to the sensing profile, for a duration threshold. By satisfying the vibration deviation criteria for the duration threshold, the new sensing data may indicate that the environment includes an activity associated with an increased likelihood of damage to the fiber optic cable relative to the sensing data. The device may perform one or more actions based on the new sensing data satisfying the vibration deviation criteria for the duration threshold.
