Abstract: A stool comprises a height-adjustable seat. The seat is coupled to a stem of the stool using a ball and socket mechanism. The ball and socket mechanism enables the seat to be tiltable up to 20 degrees in all directions about a vertical axis. The ball and socket mechanism aids in providing the seated individual with an increased range of motion. The range of tiltable motion can be adjusted using an adjustment member.
Abstract: A chair has a seat portion and a leg portion. The seat portion and the leg portion are joined by a structure that allows that seat portion to wobble relative to the leg portion. The structure can include one or more resilient member to create the wobble and one or more motion restrictor member to limit the amount of wobble or prevent wobble.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system for an adjustable table assembly that can be positioned in as storage and a usage position. The table assembly can include one or more legs supporting a table. The table assembly uses one or more movement control brackets and one or more locking members to secure the table in the usage position and the storage position. The bracket has a defined path that is followed by the locking member as the table is moved between the usage position and the storage position. When the table is in the usage position or the storage position, the locking member moves into a locking position within a corresponding locking portion of the bracket. When the locking member is in the locking position, movement of the table is substantially prevented. Specifically, angular movement of the tabletop is prevented. A user can move the locking member out of the locking portion and into a movement portion of the movement control bracket.

Abstract: Disclosed is a novel furnishing assembly. The assembly is comprised of multiple components, which are nestable or stackable in relation to one another. The components may be of different sizes and may mimic each other in structure. Each component is comprised of a top panel, two opposing legs, and one or more handles. A smaller component can be stacked on a larger component to form a stand up desk or lectern or the like. Each component can be used for various purposes, including as a stool, desk, or chair. Each leg includes two feet, which can be covered with glides. Each component can be secured to a substructure or include a crossmember for added stability. The components can include other components for improved functionality, including a magnet, a door, a drawer, a keyboard tray, or a storage box.

Abstract: A kit includes a furniture module bracket and a furniture leg. The furniture module bracket has a flange defining a furniture leg attachment opening. Protrusions are attached to the flange to define a keyway between adjoining protrusions. One of the protrusions defines a protrusion aperture. The furniture leg comprises a furniture leg bracket attached to a support member. The furniture leg bracket defines keys which can pass through the keyways. At least one of the keys defines a key aperture. The furniture leg can be attached to the furniture module by (i) inserting the furniture leg bracket into the furniture leg attachment opening, (ii) rotating the support member until the keys are no longer aligned with the keyways and (iii) securing the furniture module bracket to the furniture leg bracket with a fastener disposed within an aligned key aperture and a protrusion aperture.
