  • Patent number: 11186213
Abstract: A storage compartment is proposed for a vehicle interior, with a circumferential storage compartment wall, which extends at least substantially vertically and delimits a storage space, and with an insert, reversibly insertable into the storage compartment, with an outer wall and an inner wall, wherein the inner wall is designed partially circular in sections and wherein the insert has pressure elements on the inner wall in order to hold/fix at least one beverage container. The storage compartment is characterized in that an outer contour of the outer wall is substantially identical to an inner perimeter of the storage compartment wall, and in that first positioning elements are disposed on an inner side of the storage compartment wall and second positioning elements, corresponding to the first positioning elements, are disposed on an outer side of the outer wall and by interacting with the first positioning elements fix the insert in a predetermined position within the storage compartment.

  • Publication number: 20210362616
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for aging-optimized charging of an energy store of a motor vehicle, comprising: detecting a predetermined number of consecutive full charging processes of the energy store; creating a use profile of the energy store on the basis of discharging processes of the energy store between the consecutive full charging processes; determining whether the created use profile requires a full charging process as the next charging process, and, if the created use profile does not require a full charging process as the next charging process, proposing the charging strategy for the aging-optimized charging, wherein the charging strategy specifies a partial charging process of the energy store for at least the next charging process, in which the energy store is charged up to a predetermined partial charging limit of the operating capacity of the energy store that is smaller than the full charging limit.

  • Patent number: 11181051
Abstract: A mixture formation device for an internal combustion engine operated with a burnable gas, preferably compressed natural gas CNG, comprises a combination of a quantity regulator, a gas mixer, a flow-guiding element for pressure recovery, and a connection possibility for exhaust gas recirculation of the internal combustion engine. The mixture formation device according to the invention can empty a gas tank to a comparatively low pressure of approx. 2 bar, an excellent mixture formation being achieved over the entire range of speed and load range of the internal combustion engine. According to the invention, such a mixture formation device can reduce production costs as well as space requirements compared to known solutions. An internal combustion engine operated with a burnable gas, particularly compressed natural gas (CNG), may also comprise such a mixture formation device in the intake tract thereof.

  • Publication number: 20210355842
Abstract: A method for controlling a speed of a turbocharger that is in operative connection with a compressor, the steps including: provision of a setpoint for the speed of the turbocharger on the basis of a model-based precontrol for a calculation of a desired boost pressure ahead of the turbocharger; determination of an actual value for the speed of the turbocharger; control of an actuator of the turbocharger in order to compensate for the difference between the desired value and the actual value for the speed of the turbocharger. Amain signal and a subsidiary signal are provided during the determination of the actual value for the speed of the turbocharger, wherein the main signal and the subsidiary signal are combined in order to validate the actual value for the speed of the turbocharger.
