Abstract: A method including training a logistic regression model to create a trained model to provide probabilities of users clicking on emails of one or more email campaigns within each of multiple different time periods. Input predictor variables of the logistic regression model include (i) user feature data including personal user features and online activity history for users in the multiple different time periods and (ii) email feature data including sent times and item category data for multiple different emails in the one or more email campaigns. Output dependent variables of the logistic regression model include responses by the users to the one or more email campaigns. The method also includes triggering sending a first email of the one or more email campaigns to a first user of the users at a selected time period based at least in part on the trained model. Abstract: Examples provide a method and system for customized item decanting. A decant manager, implemented on a processor, identifies a destination tote in a set of totes for placement of a selected item. The decant manager controls a robotic decanting device to remove the selected item from a selected case and places the selected item into the destination tote. The decant manager analyzes sensor data and item data associated with the selected item to confirm an identification of the selected item placed into the destination tote for inventory update.

Abstract: A method including pre-screening one or more second images from a database for a search result based on one or more substring distances between one or more first binary substrings for a first image and one or more second binary substrings for the one or more second images, comprises: determining the one or more substring distances between one or more substring pairs of the one or more first binary substrings and the one or more second binary substrings of the one or more second images, and upon determining that the one or more substring distances and the one or more second binary substrings are not greater than one or more substring distance thresholds, including the one or more second images in the search result. The method further can include after pre-screening, determining one or more image distances for one or more third images of the search result.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods relating to assembling unpacked merchandise in containers. In one form, the system includes an order of merchandise items to be assembled in containers, and a predetermined set of containers defining different sizes and including at least two different types of containers. The system also includes a control circuit configured to: receive notification of the order, select a first type of container, determine a first subset of the plurality of merchandise items to be received in the selected type of container, select a size of the selected type of container to receive the first subset of merchandise items, and instruct the disposition of the first subset of merchandise items within the selected type and size of container.

Abstract: A ripening schedule for produce is created and the ripening schedule when implemented at a ripening chamber is effective to control the environmental conditions and the time spent in the ripening chamber by the produce in order to conform ripening conditions of the produce to the target shipping date. The ripening schedule is applied to control ripening conditions in the ripening chamber.

Abstract: In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful to determining if sensitive data has been exposed externally. In some embodiments, a system for determining if sensitive data has been exposed externally comprises an external database including a plurality of external repositories, an internal database including a plurality of internal repositories, an internal catalog including search candidates, and a control circuit configured to receive hash search results based on a hash search query to the external database, determine which repositories in the subject group of repositories includes an expression, generate a notification, and transmit the notification.

The optimal package structure and the amount of refrigerant are an optimized combination that is effective to both protect the product from damage and preserve the product from spoilage. A package is constructed to contain the product according to the optimal package structure and the amount of refrigerant is inserted into the structure.

Abstract: A system for verifying a machine-readable label comprises a scan table processing device comprising a first input for receiving a list of items with machine-readable labels; a second input for receiving a list of stores that have an inventory of the items in the list of items and that have at least one sensing device for capturing images of the items; and an output that includes a plurality of electronic records. The system further comprises a data repository that stores the captured images of the items and that updates the electronic records to include an association to the captured images; a graphical user interface (GUI) processing apparatus that modifies the captured images in preparation for training an artificial intelligence apparatus to identify the items in the images; and a machine language (ML) model processor that determines whether the images training the artificial intelligence apparatus are correctly identified with machine-readable labels associated with the items.

Abstract: A deployment system can include a computing device that is configured to receive a broadcast message from a deployment device in response to the deployment device receiving an approval notification and obtain a plurality of deployment parameters via a distributed communications system. The computing device can also be configured to identify an installation time included in the plurality of deployment parameters and download application data associated with an application identifier included in the plurality of deployment parameters to a local database. The computing device can also be configured to initiate an installation of the application data from the local database at the installation time and transmit a status update to the deployment device in response to the installation being initiated.

Abstract: In some embodiments, systems, methods, and apparatuses are provided herein useful for managing a plurality of concurrent and nearly concurrent data requests within a computer system. The systems have a main data storage for storing source data, and a high speed, and/or remote data storage for storing computed data. In some embodiments, a combination of data filters and distributed mutex processes are used to eliminate or limit duplicate reads and writes into the high speed data storage units by ensuring only a single service module gets a lock to do the read and update of the cache; and makes it possible for keys to expire and be removed from the data filter. The systems and methods herein have various applications including retail sales environments where the requested data is related to product sales, product availability and the like.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are provided for use in monitoring product placement within a shopping facility. Some embodiments provide an apparatus configured to determine product placement conditions within a shopping facility, comprising: a transceiver configured to wirelessly receive communications; a product monitoring control circuit coupled with the transceiver; a memory coupled with the control circuit and storing computer instructions that when executed by the control circuit cause the control circuit to: obtain a composite three-dimensional (3D) scan mapping corresponding to at least a select area of the shopping facility and based on a series of 3D scan data; evaluate the 3D scan mapping to identify multiple product depth distances; and identify, from the evaluation of the 3D scan mapping, when one or more of the multiple product depth distances is greater than a predefined depth distance threshold from the reference offset distance of the product support structure.

The segmented image is separately applied to two different CNN-based models. Each model produces text boxes where potential text might exist. Then, a selective NMS algorithm is applied to the output of each model to produce a final group of text regions. These text regions are analyzed and actions are taken.

Abstract: In some embodiments, systems and methods are provided to recognize products in a physical facility through a portable device that comprises a decision control circuit configured to: process each frame of the subset of frames by multiple modeling techniques each relative to a corresponding image attribute and obtain a corresponding product identification probability; determine corresponding aggregated identification probabilities of the first product based on the product identification probabilities; collectively evaluate the aggregated identification probabilities and identify when a predefined relationship with a collective threshold probability exists; and cause an image of the first product to be displayed in response to identifying that one or more of the aggregated identification probabilities having the predefined relationship with the collective threshold probability.

Abstract: A method can include training a machine learning algorithm to determine a duration of a new work order, based on (a) historical input data for the machine learning algorithm and (b) historical output data for the machine learning algorithm. The method can also include determining one or more work orders for a service provider comprising: determining, by the machine learning algorithm, as trained, one or more durations of the one or more work orders; and determining an optimized service route for the one or more work orders.
