Abstract: A system including one or more processor and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computing instructions that, when executed on the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform: extracting one or more feature values from at least one image of an insurance card of a user; generating a feature vector associated with the at least one image of the insurance card of the user; reducing, using dimensionality reduction, an amount of data in the feature vector to a reduced set of data; determining, by a machine learning model, a first insurance plan of the user based on machine learning model input data comprising the reduced set of data; identifying at least one alternative insurance plan for the user; and sending instructions to display a recommendation of the at least one alternative insurance plan on a user interface. Abstract: Systems and methods of generating keyword-specific content are disclosed. A request for including a keyword is received and the keyword is classified as one of catalog related or unrelated. When the keyword is catalog related, the keyword is categorized in a category associated with the catalog and at least one term in the keyword is categorized in a facet category associated with the catalog. A content template is obtained. The content template is a category specific template when the keyword is catalog related and a generic template when the keyword is catalog unrelated. The category specific template is populated with the at least one term at a position associated with the one of the plurality of facet categories. Responsive content including the category specific template populated with the at least one term when the keyword is catalog related and the generic template when the keyword is catalog unrelated, is transmitted.

Abstract: Examples provide a configurable divider bridge system. A divider bridge includes a tab at opposite ends of the divider bridge. The tabs insert into receiving slots inside a container, such as a display case or packing container. The receiving slots guide the tabs downward between the interior sides of the container and items placed inside the container. As the tabs slide down into the receiving slots, the side panels of the divider bridge are guided into an unfolded configuration. The slots permit installation of the divider bridge into the container which already contains soft product easily while preventing damage to the divider or the soft product. The divider bridge can be placed inside the container in a variety of configurations and/or orientations to accommodate a variety of sizes and shapes of containers and types of items being stored, transported, or displayed within the containers.

Abstract: Some embodiments provide retail product ordering systems comprising: a user computing device comprising an application executed by a device control circuit to: receive an audible utterance; controls a product identifier application interface to: apply a tokenizer model and obtain a set of individual search words; apply a series of featurizer models to the search words to generate features; and apply a classifier and extractor model based on the features and generate multiple requested product entities each comprising a respective sub-set of the position labeled product terms; wherein the device control circuit is further configured to access a purchase history database, confirm an accuracy of each of requested product entities relative to a purchase history, generate a listing of determined product identifiers corresponding to the confirmed set of the multiple requested product entities, and control a display system of the user computing device to render the listing of determined product identifiers.

Abstract: In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful to detecting and tracking humans. In some embodiments, there is provided a system for detecting and tracking humans from one image to another image including: a camera; a control circuit configure to: receive a first image; detect a plurality of key body joints of a first human captured on the first image; determine segmentations of the plurality of key body joints to determine one or more body parts of the first human; determine a color distribution map of aggregate pixels associated with each body part of the first human on the first image; and cause a database to store the color distribution map; and a database comprising one or more color distribution map sets each associated with a detected human in a captured image of the camera.

Abstract: A result ranking system can include a computing device that is configured to obtain a plurality of items based on a query and a value corresponding to each item of the plurality of items. The computing system can also be configured to retrieve a value distribution corresponding to the query and generated based on customer interaction data. The computing system can also, for each item of the plurality of items, determine a feature value based on the value distribution and the corresponding value of the item. The computing system can be further configured to transmit the plurality of items to a customer device for display in an arrangement based on the corresponding feature value.

Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for providing recommended items to advertise. In some examples, a computing device determines a first set of items for recommendation based on historical user data associated with a user, and a second set of items for recommendation based on real-time user session data for the user. The computing device may then determine a subset of the first set of items based on associated scores and a predetermined threshold number of first items that can be presented for optimal user interaction. The computing device may generate a set of item recommendations by combining the subset of the first set of items and at least one of the second set of items to present to the user as advertisements.

In some examples, a system comprises registers, a recycling device, handheld computing devices, and retailer computing devices. The retailer computing devices may be configured to store a decision model, receive a calculated monetary position and activity data for one of the registers, generate a first associate record based at least on the decision model and one or more of the calculated monetary position and the activity data, generate a second associate record based at least on the decision model and historical behavioral data for one or more associates, generate a first audit alert record based at least on the second associate record and the decision model, send audit alerts to the handheld computing devices, and send the first audit alert record to the database.

Abstract: Apparatuses, components and methods are provided herein useful to provide assistance to customers and/or workers in a shopping facility. In some embodiments, a shopping facility personal assistance system comprises: a plurality of motorized transport units located in and configured to move through a shopping facility space; a plurality of user interface units, each corresponding to a respective motorized transport unit during use of the respective motorized transport unit; and a central computer system having a network interface such that the central computer system wirelessly communicates with one or both of the plurality of motorized transport units and the plurality of user interface units, wherein the central computer system is configured to control movement of the plurality of motorized transport units through the shopping facility space based at least on inputs from the plurality of user interface units.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to a flexible order fulfillment management system that utilizes predefined fulfillment workflows including common business processes. By utilizing predefined workflows including common business processes, the order fulfillment management system is able to drive store-based fulfillment programs efficiently as multiple fulfillment workflows may utilize the same common business processes and a single fulfillment management system may operate workflows in parallel. In addition, such an order fulfillment management system may also be more easily adapted for different retail store environments as the system allows a designer to easily create or modify a fulfillment workflow by selecting predefined common business processes or creating any additional custom business processes.

Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed including a robotic system having a robotic picking workstation, tote storage and retrieval and transit decks. The system has bots that autonomously transport totes from the storage and retrieval system to the robotic picking workstation via the transit decks. The robotic picking workstation may have a picking lane where a robotic handler transports eaches from totes on the bots to order totes in the workstation. The robotic picking workstation further has a queuing buffer where bots are cued for the picking lane.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for using augmented reality to improve loading, and in particular improve loading when the types and order of items to be loaded is unknown. A server uses information regarding the packages which have already been stored in a storage area to generate a virtual map of where the stored packages currently are placed. Upon receiving information indicating a subsequent package is going to be stored, the server can identify the best place to store that package in the storage area, then communicate that storage location to a device used by a worker. The worker can then have a visual indication showing where and how to place the subsequent package.

Abstract: In some examples, a system may be configured to, based on the data characterizing the shelf portion of a shelf-peg modular, the item data and the draw strategy data, implement a first set of modular placement optimization operations that generate a first modular dataset of the shelf portion of the shelf-peg modular. Furthermore, the system may be configured to, based at least on data characterizing the peg portion of the shelf-peg modular, and the modular data of the shelf portion, determine dimensional information of the peg portion. Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for automatically determining and providing prices for items for sale in stores or online such as to clear inventor of the items. In some examples, a computing device employs artificial intelligence, such as machine learning models, to determine the pricing of the items. For example, the computing device may employ a forecasting model that determines a forecasted demand for an item based on store inventory and experimental sales of the item. The computing device may also employ an item pricing optimization model that determines a clearance price for the item based at least on the forecasted demand as well as historical data indicating previous price adjustments and sales of the item. In some examples, the item pricing optimization model determines a time period to apply the clearance price to the item. The item may then be placed on sale for the clearance price.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating and using seasonal affinity scores is disclosed. A set of user-specific historical transaction data is obtained and a user-specific affinity score including at least one of a user-specific season affinity score or a user-specific seasonal theme affinity score is determined by determining one or more product affinity scores for a set of product taxonomies and combining the one or more product affinity scores with one or more product index scores to generate the user-specific affinity score. The product affinity scores are determined by a trained scoring calculation model configured to receive the set of user-specific historical transaction data. One or more interface elements are selected based on the user-specific affinity score and an interface is generated including the one or more interface elements.

Abstract: Described in detail herein is an automated fulfillment system including a computing system programmed to receive requests from disparate sources for physical objects disposed at one or more locations in a facility. The computing system can combine the requests, and group the physical objects in the requests based on object types or expected object locations. Autonomous robot devices can receive instructions from the computing system to retrieve a group of the physical objects and deposit the physical objects in storage containers.

Abstract: A system comprising one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage devices storing computing instructions that, when executed to run on the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform: receiving in-session user activity entered into on a graphical user interface (GUI) from a user electronic device of a user; generating, using a predictive algorithm, a ranked list of one or more likely intents of the user to perform one or more actions on the GUI; processing the in-session user activity to determine one or more intents of the in-session user activity; comparing the one or more intents of the in-session user activity; and coordinating a display of a likely-to-be-used GUI element on the GUI.
