Abstract: A cap includes a bill portion, a body formed by a plurality of gores, and a sweatband sewn on a lower edge of the body. The sweatband is substantially sewing-free among different sections and includes a third section connected to the bill portion, a second section connected to the first section which is made of uniaxial elastic fabric, and a first section connected to a portion of the body other than the bill portion. The second section is connected between the first section and the third section without a sewing portion.

Abstract: An embedded type cap structure comprising a cap body, a peak and a sweatband, wherein, the cap body and the sweatband are interconnected with each other, and the cap body made of a plurality of gores, one gore of which is sewn thereon with a see-through layer, the se-through layer and the gore are not sewn together on the bottom side thereof in order to form a pocket-like receptacle wherein between the gore and the see-through layer for placing any of various linings for the purposes of sun shading, air ventilation and an outstanding effect of showing the patterns or colors on the linings.

Abstract: A cap structure with reduced length of stretchable material in sweatband without deteriorating the stretchability of the cap. The cap has a semi-spherical crown, a peak and a two-segment sweatband comprising a non-stretchable sweatband portion sewn at the area where is corresponding to said peak and a stretchable sweatband portion sewn at the other portion except the area where said non-stretchable sweatband locates both at the lower peripheral edge of said crown to get the maximum covering effect of the stretchable cap and further to reduce the cost of production of the cap by reducing the stretchable material in the sweatband.

Abstract: The stretchable cap structure with non-distortable ornaments on the rear panels of the crown. The cap is comprised of a peak, a crown and a two-segment sweatband, the crown is composed of a plurality of stretchable panels on which external surface of the rear panels are decorated with ornaments. The two-segment sweatband portion including a stretchable sweatband portion and a non-stretchable sweatband portion sewn together interconnectedly is secured to the lower peripheral edge of the crown; the non-stretchable sweatband portion is placed at the area which is corresponding to the crown panels having the ornaments thereon to make the ornaments keep their original shapes without distortion while the entire cap in use being well stretched.

Abstract: A stretchable cap structure being comprised of a crown, a sweatband and a peak, the crown portion is composed of a plurality of panels, wherein at least front panels are stretchable, the sweatband is composed of at least a front segment of stretchable band, the peak portion is formed from a peak board having at least a cleft and covered with stretchable fabric. The crown, the sweatband and the peak are sewn together to form the cap. The aforesaid cleft(s) of the peak board is/are provided on the rear section of the peak board adjacent to the crown, so that the portion of the crown adjacent to the peak and the peak portion itself are both expandable by splitting the cleft(s) when the cap is in its stretched state.

Abstract: A decorative frog structure comprising: a decorative piece and a catch piece, wherein, the decorative piece has a decoration zone and at least an latching protrusion; the catch piece has at least an engaging hole mating with the latching protrusion, the decorative piece and the catch piece can be firmly connected to an article to be decorated. With a pattern or a brand of a manufacturer provided on the decoration zone to add to the visual effect, an effect of decoration can be conveniently achieved.

Abstract: Hollow embroidering method including steps of: entirely or partially adding a filling material as a pad member onto a portion of a fabric to be embroidered; embroidering threads onto the filling material layer by layer and making the filling material filled in the space between the layers of threads; immerging the embroidered fabric into an agent capable of resolving the filling material without affecting the firmness and brightness of the threads; and washing the fabric with clean water and drying the fabric to achieve a product with stacked layers of hollow embroidered designs presenting a tiered and 3-dimentional effect.

Abstract: A structure of cap capable of elastic adjusting the cap, being comprised of the elements including a visor, a crown and a tape member, the crown is provided on the inner side of the bottom edge thereof with a tape member which is formed by sewing together two elastic bands and two sweatbands alternately sewn together; the elastic bands are respectively sewn on two elastic middle panels of the crown of the cap to allow adjustment of the size of the crown to suit various head sizes and shapes of different users; thereby an effect of elastically adjusting the crown can be obtained, manufacturing and sampling cost for various types of caps can thus be reduced.
