An embedded type cap structure comprising a cap body, a peak and a sweatband, wherein, the cap body and the sweatband are interconnected with each other, and the cap body made of a plurality of gores, one gore of which is sewn thereon with a see-through layer, the se-through layer and the gore are not sewn together on the bottom side thereof in order to form a pocket-like receptacle wherein between the gore and the see-through layer for placing any of various linings for the purposes of sun shading, air ventilation and an outstanding effect of showing the patterns or colors on the linings.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention is related to an embedded type cap structure, and especially to such an embedded type cap structure of which the cap body includes a plurality of gores with one thereon a see-through layer. Thereby, a pocket-like receptacle is formed between the gore and the see-through layer for placing therein any of various linings for an outstanding effect of showing the patterns on the linings and the purpose of air ventilation. The embedded type cap structure suits various caps.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Since caps of good quality and being convenient to wear were widely used, modes to decorate caps have been being thought highly by wears, and caps of various fashions and types have been produced accordingly.

[0005] However, decorative patterns or marks on most conventional caps are given in the way of embroidering and printing etc. Although this can get the object of expressing the decorative patterns or marks on the caps, the effect of expressing of such patterns has the defects of simplicity, boringness and lacking of the feeling of three dimensions; besides, by the limitation of the technology of processing, it is unable to make complicated patterns.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The primary object of the present invention is to provide an embedded type cap structure, wherein the body of the cap includes a plurality of gores of which one is sewn thereon with a see-through layer by not sewing on the bottom side corresponding to the side of the peak to form a receptacle. Thereby, a pocket-like receptacle is formed between the gore and the see-through layer for placing therein any of various linings for the purposes of outstandingly showing the patterns on the linings.

[0007] To get the above stated object, the cap body and a sweatband of the present invention are interconnected with each other, and the cap body includes a plurality of gores of which one is sewn thereon with a see-through layer by not sewing on the bottom side corresponding to the portion of the peak to form an receptacle. Thereby, a pocket-like receptacle is formed between the gore and the see-through layer for placing therein any of various linings for the purposes of sun shading, air ventilation and an outstanding effect of showing the patterns on the linings. The practicability as well as the entire aesthetic appearance of the present invention can thus be increased.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0015] Referring to FIGS. 1-3, the embedded type cap structure of the present invention is comprised of a peak 1, a cap body 2 and a sweatband 3.

[0016] The peak 1 is covered with a see-through layer 11 with a lining 12 having a pattern with cuts and cut holes or a plane pattern thereon (the lining 12 is one with different colors, mono color or multiple colors), the lining 12 is made of plastic material (PE, PP, PVC, nylon, acrylic, silicon and Teflon etc.), metallic material (copper film, aluminum film, iron film, stainless steel film and alloy film etc.), cloth, fur, bamboo film, grass or some other natural material etc. The see-through layer 11 is made of transparent netted cloth (which can be provided thereon with a or with no pattern), thinner or more loosened cloth material, transparent or half-transparent plastic material etc. The peak 1 and the cap body 2 are sewn together.

[0017] The cap body 2 is formed by sewing together a plurality of gores 21 (a front gores, two middle and two rear gores). The front gore 21 of the cap body 2 is sewn thereon another see-through layer 22 that is made of transparent netted cloth (which can be provided thereon with a or with no pattern), thinner or more loosened cloth material, transparent or half-transparent plastic material etc. The front gore 21 and the see-through layer 22 are not sewn together on the bottom side thereof to thereby form a receptacle 24. Thereby, an inversed “U” shaped pocket-like receiving receptacle is formed between the front gore 21 and the see-through layer 22 for placing therein any of various linings 23 with a pattern with cuts and cut holes or a plane pattern thereon (the lining 12 is one with different colors, mono color or multiple colors).

[0018] The cap body 2 is provided at the bottom edge thereof with the sweatband 3, a suitable length on the area between the sweatband 3 and the cap body 2 is not sewn in order to be coincident with the receptacle 24 formed between the front gore 21 and the see-through layer 22. In this mode, the pocket-like receiving receptacle can be placed therein one of various linings 23 with a pattern with cuts and cut holes or a plane pattern thereon conveniently.

[0019] By assembling of the above elements, the embedded type cap structure of the present invention is completed. Referring to FIGS. 2-5, the present invention is characterized by that, the front gore 21 of the cap body 2 can be sewn on the external surface thereof with the transparent layer 22. The opening receptacle formed at the bottom between the front gore 21 and the transparent layer 22 makes a pocket-like receiving receptacle formed between the front gore 21 and the see-through layer 22 for placing therein any of various linings 23 for the purpose of showing the pattern on the lining 23. And the peak 1 is covered with the see-through layer 11 with the lining 12 having a pattern with cuts and cut holes or a plane pattern thereon for the outstanding effect of showing the pattern on the linings and for the purpose of sun shading; this can have an extremely good effect of air ventilation by providing pores and holes on the lining 12 having a pattern with cuts and cut holes or a plane pattern and on the see-through layer 11. Thereby, the present invention has the effect of sun shading, air ventilation and the outstanding effect of showing the patterns on the linings. The practicability as well as the entire esthetic good looking of the present invention can thus be increased. The embedded type cap structure of the present invention thus is completed.

[0020] When in practice of the present invention, a reflective layer or a fluorescent layer (not shown) can be provided on the linings 12 and 23, in this way, the layers can give shining in the dark to increase the entire aesthetic appearance as well as safety of the present invention.

[0021] When in practice of the present invention, the receptacle 24 formed between the front gore 21 and the see-through layer 22 is sewn and fixed on the lining 23, thereby, the lining 23 is unchangeable.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 6, when the present invention is applied on a peak, a sweatband 5 and a cap body 4 can be sewn for interconnecting with each other, one of a plurality of gores 41 on the cap body 4 is sewn on the external surfaces thereof with a see-through layer 42, a receptacle is formed at the bottom between the front gore 41 and the see-through layer 42, thereby, a pocket-like receiving receptacle is formed between the front gores 41 and the see-through layer 42 for placing therein any of various linings 43 with cuts and cut holes thereon for the purposes of showing the pattern on the lining 43. And a peak 6 is covered with a see-through layer 61 with a lining 62 having a pattern with cuts and cut holes thereon, so that the present invention has the effect of sun shading, air ventilation and the outstanding effect of showing the patterns on the linings. The practicability as well as the entire esthetic good looking of the present invention can thus be increased.

[0023] Although the present invention as shown in FIGS. 1-5 has the front gore 21 of the cap body 2 sewn on the external surface thereof with the see-through layer 22, the front gore 21 and the see-through layer 22 are not sewn together on the bottom side thereof to thereby form the receptacle 24, and a pocket-like receiving receptacle is formed between the front gore 21 and the see-through layer 22 for placing therein any of various linings 23; however in practice, any gore or the peak of the cap can be sewn on the external surface thereof with a see-through layer to form a receptacle, and the object of making the outstanding effect of showing the patterns on the linings can be obtained too, and can suit general caps, peaks, top hats and various hats with embeddable linings.

[0024] Accordingly, the present invention has the following advantages:

In the present invention, one of the gores is sewn thereon a see-through layer to form a receptacle therebetween, a pocket-like receiving receptacle thereby is formed between the gore and the see-through layer for placing therein any of various linings, hence an outstanding effect of showing the patterns on the linings can be obtained.

In the present invention, the peak is covered with another see-through layer with a lining having a pattern with cuts and cut holes thereon not only for the outstanding effect of showing the patterns on the linings and sun shading, but also for the purpose of an excellent ventilation effect by providing pores and holes on the lining having the pattern with the cuts and cut holes and on the transparent layer. Thereby, the present invention has the effect of sun shading, air ventilation and the outstanding effect of showing the patterns on the linings. The practicability as well as the entire aesthetic appearance of the present invention can thus be increased.

[0027] In conclusion, the present invention not only can get rid of the defect of conventional caps, but also has a gore on the cap body thereof formed a receptacle with a see-through layer; thereby, a pocket-like receiving receptacle is formed between the gore and the see-through layer for placing therein any of various linings for the purpose of showing the pattern on the lining. And the present invention has an excellent effect of air ventilation, the practicability as well as the entire esthetic good looking of the present invention can thus be largely increased; and the present invention can suit various caps.

Claims

1. An embedded type cap structure comprising a cap body, a peak and a sweatband, said sweatband is connected with said cap body, said structure is characterized by that,

a gore of said cap body corresponding to the position of the peak is sewn on the external surface thereof with a see-through layer, said see-through layer and said gore are not sewn together on the bottom side to form a receptacle, thereby a pocket-like receiving receptacle is formed between said gore and said see-through layer for placing therein a lining.

2. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1, wherein a peak and said cap body are sewn together, said peak is covered with said see-through layer having said lining thereon.

3. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1, wherein said gore and said see-through layer are sewn and fixed on said lining, thereby, said lining is unchangeable.

4. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1, wherein said cap body is formed by sewing together a plurality of gores.

The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1, wherein said cap body is provided at the bottom edge thereof with said sweatband, a suitable length on the area between said sweatband and said cap body is not sewn in order to be coincident with said receptacle formed between said gore and said see-through layer, said pocket-like receiving receptacle is placed therein a lining.

6. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1, wherein said lining is a plastic lamina.

7. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 2, wherein said lining is a plastic lamina.

8. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 3, wherein said lining is a plastic lamina.

9. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 6, wherein said plastic lamina is provided with patterned cut(s) and/or cut hole(s).

10. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 6, wherein said plastic lamina is provided with colored pattern.

11. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 6, wherein said plastic lamina is made of reflective material or a fluorescent material.

12. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 9, wherein said plastic lamina is provided with patterned cut(s) and/or cut hole(s).

13. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1, wherein said lining has colors which include different colors, mono color or multiple colors.

14. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 2, wherein said lining has colors which include different colors, mono color or multiple colors.

15. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 3, wherein said lining has colors which include different colors, mono color or multiple colors.

16. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1, wherein said see-through layer is made of netted fabric.

17. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 2, wherein said see-through layer is made of netted fabric.

18. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 3, wherein said see-through layer is made of netted fabric.

19. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1, wherein said see-through layer is made of thin or loosened fabric material.

20. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 2, wherein said see-through layer is made of thin or loosened fabric material.

21. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 3, wherein said see-through layer is made of thin or loosened fabric material.

22. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1, wherein said see-through layer is made of transparent plastic material.

23. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 2, wherein said see-through layer is made of transparent plastic material.

24. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 3, wherein said see-through layer is made of transparent plastic material.

25. The embedded type cap structure as in claim 1, wherein said see-through layer and said lining are provided at any gore(s) of the crown portion.
