  • Patent number: 9416636
Abstract: A hydraulic cutting tool, a system, and a method are for hydraulic cutting through a pipe wall of a pipe body. For this purpose, the cutting tool is provided with at least one cutting section comprising at least one fluid discharge body. Each such fluid discharge body comprises at least two outwardly directed discharge openings having non-parallel discharge directions directed at a common intersection point located outside the fluid discharge body. The cutting is carried out by means of an abrasive fluid being supplied, via a flow-through pipe string, to the at least one fluid discharge body from a remote location. Thereby, abrasive cutting jets will discharge at high velocity from the fluid discharge body so as to meet and disperse in the intersection point, thus weakening the further cutting ability of the cutting jets.

  • Patent number: 8201643
Abstract: A system and method for enabling longitudinal and radial drilling in a wellbore is described. The system and method enable an operator to perforate the casing of a wellbore with an under-reamer at the end of a drill string and, without removing the drill string from the wellbore, initiate and complete lateral jetting of the wellbore into the surrounding formation. The system utilizes a perforation tool having a ball seat, which upon seating a drop ball in the ball seat enables the perforation tool to move from a closed position to an open position thereby allowing access to the formation using a jetting tool. Prior to seating the drop ball, an under-reaming operation may be performed using a hydraulic pressure activated under-reaming tool.

  • Publication number: 20070204626
Abstract: A turbo computer is described. The turbo computer includes a computer case, a turbo switch, a fan and a turbo cooling device. The fan regularly reduces the operating temperature of a CPU of the turbo computer. The turbo switch turns on the turbo cooling device to further reduce the operating temperature of the CPU so as to prevent the frequency downgrade of the CPU. Therefore, the turbo computer can work under a suitable operating temperature and prevent the frequency downgrade or damage caused by a high operating temperature so as to increase the life-span of the CPU and the computer.

  • Patent number: 7255133
Abstract: A fluid pressure system (S) includes a flexible diaphragm bladder (172) located inside a pressure tank (164) installed within a fluid system such as well (168). In preferred aspects, the bladder (172) can be inflated by the introduction of air and is located within a flexible confining tube (198) or confining element (298) for preventing over expansion of the bladder (172). The bladder (172) and the confining tube or element (198, 298) are free floating in and without physical connection with the pressure tank (164) in preferred forms. The pressure tank (164) includes a flexible side wall (196) to allow folding or willing of the assembled fluid pressure system (S) in preferred forms. Confining tube (198) in a preferred form is of a cylindrical configuration and arranged concentrically around the bladder (172). • Patent number: 7093651
Abstract: A water pressure system includes a pressure tank installed underground within the well casing of a well. The water pressure system includes a submersible pump connected to the inlet of the pressure tank by a drop pipe. The outlet of the pressure tank is connected to a second drop pipe and in turn to a discharge pipe for distribution of pressurized water to a house or other building. A pressure switch is connected to the pressure tank for controlling the submersible pump. The pressure tank includes an outer sidewall with an inlet end and an outlet end. A flexible diaphragm bladder located within the outer sidewall is connected between the inlet and outlet of the tank. In a first embodiment, a tube extends through the center of the bladder between an inlet opening and an outlet opening. The tube has a plurality of holes therein to allow water to flow into and out of the flexible bladder. Pressurized air fills the space between the bladder and the outer sidewall to pressurize the water in the bladder.
