    Abstract: A track square and a method of use thereof. The track square is adjustable to change an angle at which a guide rail is engaged therewith. A user is able to make a cut with a track saw that is oriented at right angles to the edge of the wood but is also able to make cuts at angles of less than ninety degrees relative thereto. The guide rail is secured to a rotatable turntable on the track square by an engagement mechanism. The turntable is rotated to the desired angle utilizing an angle setting mechanism and is then locked at the selected angle by a locking mechanism. The engaged guide rail and track square are positioned on the piece of wood to be cut and the track saw is moved along the guide rail to cut the wood at the set angle.

    Abstract: This disclosure is directed to a miter gauge and methods of use thereof. Generally, this disclosure is related to a miter bar of a miter gauge that includes at least one spacer member which applies pressure to a side of a channel defined within a worktable. The application of this pressure by the at least one spacer member enables the miter bar to remain in a substantially constant position between the first side and second side of the channel and reduces the degree of play between the miter bar and the first and second sides of the channel. Retainer members are provided on a bottom of the miter bar to aid in preventing the miter bar from lifting vertically out of the channel during use.

    Abstract: A fence stop system for a table saw includes a fence stop that has a stop surface that is moveable between first and second positions. In the first position, the stop surface is disengaged from a portion of a table saw fence. In the second position, the stop surface engages the portion of the table saw fence. The fence stop includes a micro adjustment mechanism to “dial in” an exact measurement for a rip or cut. The fence stop system may additionally include a second fence stop that can be coupled to the first fence stop to create a mated pair. When the stop surfaces are in their second positions (i.e., stopping position), part of the table saw fence is disposed between the respective stop surfaces that allow the fence to translate between the stop surfaces to effectuate a dado cut in the wood.

A method of use may include pivoting a stop portion of a stop assembly, about a pivot axis defined by a pivot shaft of the stop assembly, to an engaged position such that the stop portion moves in a rotational direction toward a first portion of the stop assembly.
