    Abstract: The application provides drugs, expression vectors, and their applications in the treatment of NAFLD and related diseases, pertaining to the technical field of targeted drugs. The drugs include streptavidin or a recombinant expression vector for streptavidin. Streptavidin can bind to acetyl CoA carboxylase 1, alter its subcellular localization within mammalian cells, and ultimately inhibit de novo lipogenesis. Ectopic expression of streptavidin can inhibit lipid accumulation within mammalian cells. Compared with chemical small-molecule drugs, streptavidin, as a protein drug, exhibits relatively lower liver and kidney toxicity. Streptavidin might be a relatively mild inhibitor of acetyl CoA carboxylase, avoiding a severe side effect of hyperlipidemia. Furthermore, streptavidin is very stable, which might be conducive to drug delivery and adaptable to different administration methods.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a phase change thermal storage ceramic having high service temperature and improved utilization rate and utilization efficiency of heat. It is prepared at a low cost with a simple, easy-to-industrially-realized method. A mixture is obtained by mixing and stirring evenly 50-85 wt % of fused mullite powder, 10-45 wt % of pretreated aluminum-silicon alloy powder, and 3-8 wt % of ball clay. A ceramic body is formed by press molding the mixture at 80-150 MPa. The ceramic body is cured at 25-28° C. and a relative humidity of 70-75 RH for 24-36 h, dried at 80-120° C. for 24-36 h, and held at 1,100-1,300° C. for 3-5 h to prepare the phase change thermal storage ceramic. The pretreated aluminum-silicon alloy powder is prepared by holding aluminum-silicon alloy powder in water vapor at 0.02-0.20 MPa for 0.5-3 h to impregnate in an alkaline silica sol and drying the impregnated powder.

The method for extracting a river drying-up region and frequency can be applied to efficiently acquiring river drying-up information for a long time within the large spatial region. With the inverse normalized difference water index (iNDWI) and the maximum value composite (MVC) method for the remote sensing images, the present disclosure omits the troublesome step of separately extracting a river range for each image in the conventional method. In addition, the present disclosure quickly obtains the drying-up frequency by counting the total number of available images and the number of non-water images at the same pixel position, and yields a greater efficiency for extracting the river drying-up region and frequency.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method, device, and system for testing the static contact angle of reagent asphalt, the method includes the following steps: acquiring a side image of a stable droplet formed by a test reagent on asphalt surface, and determining the position of a baseline in the side image; cropping the side image to obtain a droplet image, and extracting droplet contour points in the droplet image; screening out effective contour points corresponding to contours of the two sides of the droplet from the droplet contour points; performing cubic polynomial fitting on the effective contour points to obtain curve function of contour curves on both sides; calculating contact angle value from the curve function and the position of the baseline. The beneficial effects of this disclosure are: this disclosure reduces the difficulty of fitting of the droplet contour and thus improves the calculation precision of the contact angle.
