After extreme natural disasters which cause serious damage to distribution systems, damages of distribution systems are evaluated through system feedback data. When ground communication base stations are unavailable due to the damages, the method can make full use of existing wireless emergency communication resources to provide emergency communication services, and quickly restore the power supply through distribution automation functions with supports of the backup battery of automatic terminal devices, so as to effectively improve the resilience of distribution systems.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of strain sensors, and specifically relates to a high-temperature thin-film strain sensor, including a substrate and a strain-sensitive grid. The strain-sensitive grid includes an indium tin oxide layer and a platinum layer, the indium tin oxide layer is deposited on the substrate, and the platinum layer is deposited on the indium tin oxide layer. The indium tin oxide layer contains 50% by mass of indium oxide and 50% by mass of tin oxide. The high-temperature thin-film strain sensor provided by the present disclosure can be used in an environment from room temperature to 500° C., and have extremely high sensitivity at a high temperature of 500° C. Unlike the conventional metal foil strain gauge with a thickness of several microns, the high-temperature thin-film strain grid has a thickness of 500 nm, which can better convey the strain of the measured object at high temperature.

The present disclosure solves the problems that existing pressure or tension sensors are extremely susceptible to static interference from the external environment and the human body, and the mechanical mismatch between the sensing layer and the substrate, as well as the impermeability problem.

The method also utilizes a particle-based gas-liquid phase transition model and a particle-based liquid-solid phase transition model with multi-resolution features, such that the coolant vaporization and melt solidification processes during the falling process of the melt can be calculated. Moreover, a solid-solid collision model is coupled to calculate the collision and debris bed deformation during the falling process of the debris particles. In this way, the momentum exchange, energy transfer and phase transition between different phases are taken into account, and the computational instability caused by the large physical difference between phases is mitigated.

The above-mentioned method can detect areas prone to blade erosion by numerical simulation, and arrange the structures screened out by test of WDE characteristics to improve the WDE resistance of blades, mitigating the WDE problem so only a small number of special structures in local areas are arranged, thereby minimizing cost and influence on steam turbine blades.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for pre-separating nuclides in spent fuel, comprising steps: S1. generating a temperature of 1200 to 1600° C. in a center of a fuel element, and at the same time introducing a cooling medium to an outer surface of the fuel element, to introduce a temperature difference to heat the fuel element; S2. soaking cooled spent fuel in an ionic liquid to selectively dissolve fission products and transuranic elements, so that the fission products and the transuranic elements are pre-separated from the spent fuel. The method achieves the effect of pre-separating part of the fission products and transuranic elements by physical methods, and solves the problem that homogenization in traditional post-processing technology causes obstacles to nuclide separation.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a lightweight two-crossbeam high-speed free forging hydraulic press. The hydraulic press includes a fixed crossbeam, a movable crossbeam, a column, and a return oil cylinder. By integrating a hydraulic cylinder with a through hole for the column to slide, an annular hydraulic cylinder is formed between the movable crossbeam and the column, and no hole is required to be specially provided on the movable crossbeam for mounting the hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, the rigidity, strength and bending resistance of the movable crossbeam serving as an upper crossbeam or a lower crossbeam can be effectively guaranteed, the crossbeam structure is simplified, and the manufacturing difficulty is reduced. Meanwhile, compared with the existing hydraulic press of a three-crossbeam structure, the two-crossbeam hydraulic press can greatly reduce the overall dimension and mass of the high-speed forging hydraulic press, reduce the overall height of the hydraulic press.

    Abstract: A non-invasive time domain reflection probe calibration method includes: using different volume ratio of ethanol and deionized water mixed solution to calculate a test target's medium weight coefficient and waveguide length of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes; using different concentrations of NaCl solutions to calibrate a waveguide geometric dimensioning of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes; preparing compacted soil samples with known different moisture contents and densities, and calibrating a correlation parameter of compacted soil samples' dielectric constant and conductivity with moisture content and density. The method not only determines the sensitivity of the test target medium of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes, but also obtains the waveguide length and geometric dimensioning of the probe, and realizes an accurate test of moisture content and density of the soil.
