    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical composition including daphnetin, a method for improving aortic endothelial cell function, and use of daphnetin in preparation of a medicine for improving aortic endothelial cell function. The daphnetin is capable of inhibiting inflammatory response of the human aortic endothelial cells caused by a saturated fatty acid, and preventing an occurrence and progression of atherosclerosis. The daphnetin is capable of reducing human aortic endothelial inflammation caused by a saturated fatty acid, for example, reducing the mRNA levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), and is capable of effectively protecting the function of mitochondria in human aortic endothelium from being damaged by a saturated fatty acid.

    Abstract: An analysis method of coal consumption of the thermal power unit during peak shaving transients includes measuring and recording the coal-feeding rate under different steady-state loads, and then establishing the relationship between the coal-feeding rate and the load, wherein the coal consumption index of the unit during transients can be directly presented by the difference between the real-time coal-feeding rate and a steady-state corresponding value; the total coal increment can be obtained by integrating the real-time coal-feeding rate increment with time; for different loads, the coal consumption increment due to the unit's thermal storage variation can be defined as the thermal storage coal consumption increment; the thermal storage deviation of the unit during transients causes the additional coal consumption, which is defined as the process control coal consumption increment. This work can provide the clear guidance for the fuel control of the thermal power unit during peak shaving processes.

When the optical axis of a laser encoded pattern projector and the optical axis of an image reception sensor change, an offset of an input encoded image relative to an image block in a reference encoded image is acquired, and then the position of the reference encoded image is oppositely adjusted upwards or downwards according to an offset change to form a self-feedback regulation closed-loop system between the center of the input encoded image and the center of the reference encoded image, so that the optimal matching relation can always be figured out when the optical axes of the input encoded image and the reference encoded image change drastically. Furthermore, depth calculation can be carried out according to the corrected offset.

While the contacts are open, the arc burns and moves rapidly along the ring shaped contacts under the transverse field along the tangent line of the contacts. While the arc moves rapidly along the ring-shaped contacts, the arc column passes the permanent magnets structure and works with the magnetic core to generate multi-polar transverse magnetic field. While the arc column makes a turn, the number of the transverse fields which are cut by the arc is same with the number of the permanent magnets set.

The device adopts a sinking mirror structure, and the deflection axes intersect at the surface of the mirror, thereby reducing the optical path control error caused by the longitudinal displacement of the mirror during deflection.

The bottom heat exchange plate of heat exchanger of the inner shell is located above the heat source. The cavity between the two shells forms the flue gas passage. After bottom heat exchange plate of the inner shell is heated by the heat source, the flue gas rises from the bottom of perimeter of the inner shell along the flue gas passage and the heat is transferred to the heated fluid in the surrounding pipe. The heat device using the heat exchanger according to the present invention can significantly improve the efficiency of heat utilization.
