    Abstract: Disclosed is a three-dimensional magnetic device based on a spin Hall effect which includes an internal electrode, at least one magnetic junction and at least one external electrode. The internal electrode, the at least one magnetic junction and the at least one external electrode have columnar structures. Each of the at least one magnetic junction comprises a magnetic free layer, a magnetic reference layer and a non-magnetic spacing layer between magnetic free layer and magnetic reference layer. The magnetic free layer is in contact with internal electrode, and the magnetic reference layer in each of the at least one magnetic junction is in contact with a corresponding one of the at least one external electrode. The three-dimensional magnetic device may be stacked in a normal direction of the bottom surface of the internal electrode. Magnetization reversal of three-dimensional magnetic device may be realized by a combination of a spin-orbit torque and a spin transfer torque.

    Abstract: An ejector-based cryogenic refrigeration system for cold energy recovery includes a first cryogenic refrigeration loop connected by a helium compressor and a cryogenic refrigerator and a second cryogenic refrigeration loop connected by the helium compressor, a regenerator, an ejector, a cold head of the cryogenic refrigerator, an end to be cooled and a pressure regulating valve. The cryogenic refrigerator is separated from the end to be cooled. The cryogenic refrigerator and the cryogenic helium cooling loop share a helium compressor, which improves the utilization efficiency of the device and reduces the cost. The ejector allows a part of fluids to circulate in the cryogenic loop, so as to maintain a required cryogenic condition, recover the pressure of the fluids, reduce the gas flowing though the compressor loop, and thus reduce the power consumption of the compressor.

Compared with the existing methods, in the disclosure, the pretreatment process is simple and easy to be conducted, the sample can be prepared in a short time, and the toxic and harmful organic solvent is used at a reduced amount.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a current phase locking and driver pulse generation method for wireless charging for electric vehicles. By monitoring the resonant current iL2 of the receiving coil, the proposed method generates the synchronization signal accurately based on the phase of the current iL2. Moreover, it controls the phases of driver pulses of switching transistors according to the synchronization signal so as to control the turn-on moment and turn-off moment of the switching transistors in the secondary rectifier. As a result, by using the proposed method, the pulse losing of the switching transistors in the secondary active rectifier can be avoided; the stable and reliable phase locking of the high-frequency resonant current and generation of driver pulses can be achieved; the anti-interference capability can be greatly enhanced, and the stability and reliability of the wireless charging system for electric vehicles can also be improved.

The two-phase flow injector has a central vapor inlet and a circumferential liquid inlet, and is connected to an outlet of the evaporator and an inlet of the boiling pool. The condensate inlet of the condenser is connected to an outlet of the boiling pool. An outlet of the condenser is connected to the evaporator. With the vapor-liquid two-phase flow injector, the invention can directly introduce a part of the supercooled liquid working medium to the boiling pool without passing through the evaporator, solving the problem of insufficient liquid supply for the boiling pool and increasing the driving force for the system operation. Therefore, the invention enables the efficient cooling of electronic devices and the long-distance heat transfer.
