The plasma generating unit in the present disclosure is a simple device, and only one discharge module is used for generating different plasma active gases.

The strain gauge circuit includes a strain gauge component and a bridge circuit connected, and the strain gauge component is arranged on the surface of the piston rod. A strain gauge component is noninvasively arranged on the piston rod of the diaphragm compressor to measure the load of the piston rod, such that the oil pressure can be measured indirectly, and thus the oil pressure of the diaphragm compressor can be measured nondestructively. Nondestructive and noninvasive monitoring of the diaphragm compressor is safe and reliable, and can achieve accurate monitoring of the oil pressure especially in high-pressure working conditions.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a device and method for recovering lithium from lithium-containing mother liquor in the process of preparing lithium carbonate. The preparation of sodium carbonate solution using the mother liquor produced during lithium carbonate rinsing can recover part of lithium, reduce the water amount required for preparing sodium carbonate and decrease the solvent consumption. The mother liquor generated from lithium precipitation reaction is divided into two parts. One directly flows into the lithium chloride refining unit and mixes with the lithium chloride feed liquor. Carbonate and hydroxide present in this part of lithium-precipitation mother liquor, which can deeply remove the calcium and magnesium ions in the lithium chloride feed liquor, for refining the lithium chloride feed liquor, and removing impurities and recovering lithium from the primary lithium-precipitation mother liquor.

According to the system, a complex and expensive iron core magnetic flux sensor does not need to be additionally arranged, and the DC magnetic bias of the HDT under any working condition can be eliminated while the basic control function of the HDT is not affected.
