The DSC electrode system also includes a microelectrode crucible that includes a ceramic crucible, a ceramic crucible cover, welding spots, two electrodes and electrode wires, wherein the two electrodes are respectively fixed in the ceramic crucible; a gap is reserved between the electrodes and used for storing a tested sample; the welding spots are reserved at upper ends of the electrodes.

    Abstract: A method for forging a niobium-tungsten alloy forged ring, including: (S1) subjecting an alloy ingot to turning, chamfering, spraying with an anti-oxidation coating, stainless-steel sheathing, heating and upsetting to obtain a primary pancake with a flat-die hammer, rapid-forging press or hydraulic press; (S2) subjecting an inner pole to wire electrical discharge machining to obtain a ring blank followed by machining to remove the stainless-steel sheath and oxide scale and defects; and subjecting the ring blank to fluorescent/dye penetrant inspection followed by vacuum stress-relief annealing; (S3) subjecting the ring blank to core shaft/saddle forging on the flat-die hammer or rapid-forging press to obtain a crude forged ring; and (S4) subjecting the crude forged ring to vacuum recrystallization annealing to obtain a desired forged ring.

The method also utilizes a particle-based gas-liquid phase transition model and a particle-based liquid-solid phase transition model with multi-resolution features, such that the coolant vaporization and melt solidification processes during the falling process of the melt can be calculated. Moreover, a solid-solid collision model is coupled to calculate the collision and debris bed deformation during the falling process of the debris particles. In this way, the momentum exchange, energy transfer and phase transition between different phases are taken into account, and the computational instability caused by the large physical difference between phases is mitigated.

The base plate is taken as a cathode, and the semiconductor wafer is taken as an anode. During thinning, both the cathode and the anode are immersed in an electrolyte. Under the action of an external electric field, the semiconductor wafer is subjected to surface modification and softening. At the same time, an oxide layer and intermediate state products generated by modification are removed together by using the grinding wheel, and the semiconductor wafer is thinned under the combined action of multi-energy fields of electricity, chemistry, machinery and force.

The above-mentioned method can detect areas prone to blade erosion by numerical simulation, and arrange the structures screened out by test of WDE characteristics to improve the WDE resistance of blades, mitigating the WDE problem so only a small number of special structures in local areas are arranged, thereby minimizing cost and influence on steam turbine blades.
