    Abstract: A stereolithography apparatus including a base, an elevator track, a threaded rod, a sliding bracket, a nut, a plurality of friction-reducing components, and a printing platform. The sliding track is disposed on the base. The threaded rod is disposed on the base and an axial direction of the threaded rod is parallel to the elevator track. The sliding bracket is slidably disposed on the elevator track. The nut is set on the threaded rod to be driven by the threaded rod to slide along the threaded rod. The sliding bracket clamps the nut to be driven by the nut to slide along the elevator track. The friction-reducing components are disposed between the nut and the sliding bracket for the nut to move relatively to the sliding bracket. The printing platform is disposed on the sliding bracket to slide with the sliding bracket along the elevator track.

A three-dimensional model of the three-dimensional object is sliced to generate layer information of a plurality of layer objects.     Abstract: A method and a system of three-dimensional (3D) printing are provided. The method of 3D printing is adapted to a 3D printing apparatus and includes following steps: slicing a 3D object model into a plurality of sub-slicing layers according to a printing plane; merging a default number of adjacent sub-slicing layers into a plurality of grey-scale slicing layers; and, printing a 3D object according to the grey-scale slicing layers. The thickness of each sub-slicing layer is thinner than the thickness of a default layer used whenever the 3D printing apparatus performs a single printing process. The thickness of each of the grey-scale slicing layers is equal to the thickness of the default layer used whenever the 3D printing apparatus performs the single printing process.

When a comparison relationship between a two-dimensional image of the first layer object and a two-dimensional image of the second layer object matches a stack condition, the first layer object and the second layer object are stacked to generate thickness stack information of a stack object. A printing mechanism is initiated according to the thickness stack information so as to print a 3D object associated with the 3D model.

The detection probe is moved from the initial position along a moving path on the printing platform, and when the detection probe is moved along the moving path, an electric field variation is detected to determine a tilt variation of the printing platform relative to the first axial direction.
