Abstract: To form a relief valve for preventing the generation of the cavitation phenomenon into a simple and accurately operable structure, there are provided a central thin wall portion and a fixing portion in an elastic diaphragm provided in the partition member to have the fixing portion fixed in position. A relief valve is integrally formed with an outer peripheral portion of the fixing portion. The relief valve is provided with an inclined surface formed on the side of a secondary liquid chamber and a recessed portion opened on the side of a primary liquid chamber and has a difference in rigidity in the circumferential direction. When the primary liquid chamber turns negative pressure, a hydraulic liquid in the secondary liquid chamber opens the relief valve and leaks to the primary liquid chamber so as to prevent the generation of the cavitation phenomenon.

  • Patent number: 6945279
Abstract: An impermeable rubber hose is thinned for the purpose of reducing weight and costs. A rigid resin film is used as an intermediate layer. When the resin film is gradually rolled up into a cylindrical shape from a planar shape and fed to an extrusion head and rubber is simultaneously extrusion-molded inside and outside the cylindrical film, the film produces a break or a twist to make extrusion molding difficult. It is an object of the present invention to make simultaneous extrusion molding possible even in such a condition. To attain the above object, a thermoplastic resin film (5) which forms an intermediate layer (2) and of which the melting point is lower than the vulcanizing temperature is formed in a long belt-shape. Slits (7) are provided at fixed intervals on the right and left long side sections (8, 8) of the film (5) in the longitudinal direction.

Abstract: A fluid-sealed anti-vibration device is provided, in which a cone-shaped mounting section provided with an elastic body section which generates membrane resonance, and a cylindrical bushing section provided with an end wall and an elastic partition wall which also generate membrane resonance are integrally provided. When the fluid is filled and sealed in the cone-shaped mounting section and the cylindrical bushing section, the characteristics where a fluid is sealed in only the cone-shaped mounting section and the characteristics where the fluid is sealed in only the cylindrical busing section are coupled. Furthermore, the dynamic spring peaks and the dynamic spring bottoms, which are generated one by one in both sections, cancel each other.
